College environment is neat and pleasant.
Water available in every corner of the college.
Water is very hygiene and purifier. Washroom is very neat.

Course Curriculum Overview

The professors are well educated and phd degree holders. They teach each topic every clearly and deeply. But seminars and group discussion can be conducted more for better understanding of the students.

Class Size: 54Course Fees: INR 18000 per year

Internships Opportunities

After every year students are allowed to do internships as per students willingness. Various hackathons l, symposiums for every department and paper presentation are conducted for students confidence and personal development.

Placement Experience

From 5 semester there will be the campus placement drives according to the qualifications. In last year that is from 7 semester there will be more companies visiting our college and also Naan Mudhalvan helps the students to get placed in MNCs.

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm a first graduate student so i will pay 9000 INR per semester other still without first graduates pay 15000 INR per semester. Except semester fees only exam fees will be asked every semester before exams. Various scholarships are available i opted for minority scholarship where 4000 to 8000 INR per year will be transferred to our accounts.

Campus Life

The college infrastructure is good enough the classroom conditions are refurbished once in a year or once in 2 years. The projector facilities are available in every classrooms and also plug points are available.

Admission

I have secured the place in this college by my 12 standard cutoff i have been in 2 round in counseling. The joining process in the college is easy and not time consuming i got my admission within an hour from the dean.

Faculty

Each department faculty will be very friendly and open minded. They don't hesitate to help students they will guide us for every situations. There will be two internal exam will be conducted in each semester as per 2021 regulation.

Night Life

The cafeteria have all kind of snacks and tea/ coffee is provided even lunch are available in variety for every day. Library is maintained silence and the study reference books to novels are available there.

From 7th semester,the students are usually eligible for college placements and placements are good.Due to ongoing recession now ,Only few Students got placed and those who got accepted still did not get confirmation letters.

10 Placement Experience:

6 the semester students become eligible for campus placements. TVs, Ashok Leyland, Ford, bell, and lots of companies visited the college. 50 percentage students get placement. I planning after getting the degree.

Remarks:

The college is situated on the outskirts of Nagercoil below a mountain. The pleasant atmosphere, gentle breeze, cool weather, and gentle rainfall were one of the reason and to be more specific, the college has shown tremendous improvement in placements in the last couple of years, the infrastructure is pretty good and finally, the college is at its best in lab equipment and providing practical knowledge to the students. These drove me to take admission in this college.

Remarks:

Computer Science and engineering is the best course that useful to further develop in life. 4.0 Karunya University review. Placements is around 90% of students are placed in our course. The highest package was 19 LPA offered by Nutanix, average being 4 LPA and the lowest being 2.5 LPA.

It could improve in infrastructure. One of the plus point is hostel food which is not applicable for any other colleges its own pride of jeppiaar groups. And another thing the lab assistant can be recruit through proper interview

Remarks:

Very good platform to learn and get placement. The college got green campus award and it is very much eco friendly. The hospitality is very good. All the facilities are very good. The system of education is also good.

I have chosen this college because having low fee and its comes under Anna University constituent college so for that. Also for my cut off only matches this college. Good College

The admissions process was completely based on grades and percentage of the 12 grade as it was a government college and staffs and the people working in the college were very helpful and cheerful during the admission process and they were kind. Pros and Cons of UCEN

This college is near my hometown. I can drive from home to this college easily. So the hostel stays not needed. It is the only University department college located in heart of the city. Other 14 colleges are located in remote areas. This college also tops the other University departments in academic performance. My elder brother also studied in this college. He scored good and got placed. Also, sports facilities, gym facilities, etc are better than private colleges. To avail of these facilities in private, one has to pay more....Read More
