University College of Engineering, Anna University Nagercoil Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From 7th semester the students are eligible to attend the placements. The companies visiting our campus are less compared to past three years. Training & Placement Cell organizes various programs like aptitude training, Technical and HR interview preparation.

From 5 semester there will be the campus placement drives according to the qualifications. In last year that is from 7 semester there will be more companies visiting our college and also Naan Mudhalvan helps the students to get placed in MNCs.

Placement is there but not so many big company come there are company come which are local companies located in Nagercoil and nearby region some of the big companies like TCS, Accenture will give a chance to participate in the campus placement.

Mechan eligible for placements from your third year there is a good placement is there but most of the companies are from local from Nagercoil some b companies like TCS Accenture also come through the common exams. There are totally 360 students in my batch among them only 100 students got placed the average packages 3 lpa and highest packages 5 lpa.

As i completed my 12th in computer science,I took the similar field computer science engineering in my higher studies also.Since i studied in a Government College,we have to put more efforts to score good marks Materials have to be collected by us .The faculty must have completed a PhD degree in their particular field and their teaching was not bad.The internal exams were taken during monthly once and if you have a deep knowledge about topics obviously u could score good Marks.

Semester from 6 to 8 students are eligible to attend the campus placement interview. Feather , Infosys, etc companies visited to the campus placement. Above 90 percentage of students getting placement in this collage.

Final year students are eligible for the campus placement.Infosys, Wipro, CTS, Finsurge and few companies visited our college and I got job offers from two companies.All companies expected to provide 4lakhs per year

In the final 3 semesters students become mostly eligible for the campus placements. Some folks get even chances even in the earlier semester. Companies including wipro, and civil related companies visit and they make very Little amour of offers comparing to the student strength of the college. The average package would be 3 lakhs and to my knowledge I believe the highest package would be 7 lakhs. Percentage is low. Plans would be finding a good job as the university holds a reputable name.

students become eligible for campus placements in the 6th semester onwards and in our placement cell many companies will arrive but all are not top MNCs's by comparing other top colleges even though we're a government college there are local IT companies only will arrive it's ok that's good Some of the companies like Finsurge Pvt Ltd. Percentage of students getting placements is about 7.5 cgpa and should not have any backlog. My plans after getting the degree are to get placed in core companies that offer electrical-based jobs even though salary doesn't matter starting period I need experience.

The placement is available in our college. The placement for mechanical and electrical core companies is not available, so it's a disadvantage. Only companies used to come for placement. Infosys, and CSS corps are some IT companies that came for placement
