I like campus of our college and also the support of our HOD.

Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to choose CSE bt my ranking in KCET was more and ended up getting ECE in don bosco institute of technology. Sem exams are really though becouse we cant predict what kind of questions will arise.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 100060 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are not much internship opportunities provided by my college and also they take money for it and the money price will be too high at the same time the quality of teaching and also the duration of internship will be low

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 100060 for all 4 years of my BE. College fee 20,000 Tuition fee 65,340 S lab fee 10,000 VTU FEE 4,720 There is no increase or decrease in fee structure. Only colllege hostel fee has been increased from One lakh to one lakh ten thousand. I dont receive any scholarship.

Campus Life

Campus of my college is really good filled with greenery. There are no much college events or technical events in my college. There are no clubs and also they only choose their favourite students if there are any events

Hostel Facilities

The hostel fee has been increased from 100000 to 110000 which doesn't worth money because hostel food is not good nd hygiene. And also the single room is shared between four members nd also have separate bothrooms for each room

Hostel Fee: INR 110000 per year

Admission

I ended up getting this college becouse of my poor ranking in kCET. The admission process is little difficult but the allocated lecturers guide us easily and communicate in language which we are comfortable and help us with the admission process.

Faculty

Faculties don't clear doubt whn asked. They are so partial that they provide good internal marks only for students they like and for the students who acore good marks in externals. They pressure students to pay college fee before the 1st internal of odd semester itself

Night Life

We do have gym , cafeteria , library which will close around 5'o clock itself. There is no famous hangout place in my college And hostel closing time is on exact 6.30. The food in cafeteria are hygienic and closes at 5 pm.

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

IIT Dharwad Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
