Campus is great with greenery and well maintained lawns

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is well structured how ever there are not many practical based learning. Students must learn in their own to get practical knowledge and gain technical skills. In case of doubts teachers can help you clear them.

Class Size: 64Course Fees: INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience

Though there is placements department there is no training provided that helps placements . There are not many companies that the college bring and students must learn to get placed on their own off campus

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 1,10,000, but now it has increased as the college turned autonomous . The are No scholarship benefits. The college is worth the fees and has good infrastructure. Friendly staff and can be approached.

Campus Life

There are multiple opportunities for students to participate in extra curricular activities. There are multiple houses and events held for sports , cultural and other activities. The college fest is also conducted.

Admission

I opted this college as it was not so strict and I could take up learning at my pace and enjoyed my college days. I could have gotten into better colleges based on my rank by chose to go with DBIT college

Faculty

Good faculty to student ratio and every subject is handled by well trained staff. Examinations are conducted according to rules and regulations and the is unbiased evaluation. They help clarify any doubts.

Interview Experience

No there were no GD or interview that I faced during my admissions as I joined from government seat through CET. How ever ad the college is now autonomous there might be a change in admissions process

Night Life

There is cafeteria and a canteen where we can buy snacks or food. There are lightings and hostels are open till 8 pm. There are security guards 24/7 and everyone is safe in and around the campus of DBIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

Truth of Don Bosco institute of technology Bangalore

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
