Course Curriculum Overview
* Agriculture is sole of our country.we all rely upon agriculture for our day to day activities so I took this course as my career. * This curriculum teaches us and gives us vast knowledge regarding each and every crops new technologies related to agriculture and breeding process etc * More applications of smart classes and AI will help to flourish more. * The frequency of exams usually happens within 6 months
Fees and Financial Aid
*The admission fees is 38000 and semester wise fees is around 8000. * In addition to that there is extra fees for around 1500 for comprehensive viva and comprehensive written exam. * Scholarship is given to people whose rank is 1 in entrance exam . And Icar people get scholarship for icar institutes.
Campus Life
* Names of annual function is anubhuti, literary function, dramatics function , annual function etc which usually happens from month of December to month of April. * Library is really good and you can access to each and every books journals easily. *Classes do have well equipped chair table ac and wifi making it convenient for students. * Sports , literary dramatics every function happens in our college. * There are many active groups which are really helpful to showcase curriculum activities.
Admission
* I applied to colleges like Banaras Hindu University and jawarlal neheru krishi Vishwavidyalaya . But I chose ouat because of the faculty and best college among all. * Yes I got rejection because I was 0.5 marks behind the cut off mark. * Admission happens after entrance result is out counselling happens. Usually cutoff goes very high accordingly you have to prepare.
Faculty
*Faculty to student ration is 5:200. But faculty relationship with students is extremely good and they help students every time. * Some good faculties are Dr BP Mohapatra, Dr Bishnupriya Mishra they maintain cordial relationship with students. * All faculties are good and they have their own method of teaching and every one is best in their own way * In phd there are around 6 semesters. First three semesters are coursework and next three are completely research work. Very rarely students fail in the exam and relevancy of course curriculum is really high.
Night Life
Favourite hangout places are all near college as college is centrally located. There are cute cafes meeting points but hostel doesn't allow girls after 8 pm. Many gyms are there near college as well as library is open till 9 pm . Hostel and campus is opened till 9 p.m at night.
