Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum was good with extra curricular activities during class hours to improve the students communication skills in the best way. The curriculum was designed the best way and make student ready for the industry with their hands on experience.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are some companies like DRDO which provides internship for students without stipend and they done project on design of antennas for communication. Surya tech solution which offers a stipend of 20000 for various role like cat 5,cat 6.

Placement Experience

The placements are good as an average of 45 percentage of students got placed and still counting. The highest package of 1600000 and average of 400000. The companies visited are Infosys offers 147,modak analytics offers 47, lti mindtree offers 47 and cognizant offers 75.

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee is 65000 for a student who joined through EAPCET and for other 1,60,000. The admission fee is 13,500 for students which provides a certificate course from coursera. There is a scholarship for the students who score above 9 cgpa with above 90% attendance.

Campus Life

There are two clubs and three bodies in the department which conducts an event every week to develop student technincal knowledge. Every year there is a fest STEPCONE which brings students joy and happiness with their knowledge in various aspects. Every year there is annual sports meet and ever month there is a tournaments.

Admission

I choosen this college compared to others because of availability of transport from home. This campus is one of the best in the area compared to other colleges in terms of education, sports and placements. The admission process is by writing an entrance test which is conducted by the government called EAPCET.

Faculty

The ratio of faculty to student is 1: 6. The relationship is healthy and friendly and guide the students in shaping their career best way. All the faculties are good and educated and professional. The exams are quite average but strict rules during exams.

Night Life

The night life is good where the hostelers are allowed upto 8:30 p.m. The gym, cafeteria, and library are well maintained with proper infrastructure and good facilities. The library is open upto 11:00 p.m and has all resources which are essential for preparing all type of exams. It is safe in the locality.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities in the CSE department are quite good compared to other branches in the college students usually became eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester onwards while major recruitment will on 6th semester onward several reprooted it and software companies visit the campus every year around 70-80% of eligible CSE students gets placed through campus drives

I think in the government University there was less opportunity for placements because the college dod not pay money for placements to approach them. But some placements was came and give the intership for the students as per the written exam for their company.I think starting 75 percent is required for the placements.

For campus placements students are eligible with eighty percentage. And the salary is between six lakhs to eight lakhs . For placements the management provides the python training and vlsi training and the spoken English classes also. By this students enchnce their skills to get a job .

We are go to under the jntu university and the curriculum is very good that have course related and department related .the core subjects are going good till now they are very useful to the students for carrier and future also. Well in EAMCET counselling i applied for several colleges across the ap and most of that I want to be in anits collge which is in vizag but I got this college in my counselling but I never regret to be in gmrit and well my rank is not enough to get the seat in Anits collge but exams are moderate as I said before you can easily score by previous year papers and overall admission process is quite good and our collge accepts cse below 10k rank you can easily get the seat of you are good enough score marks in EAMCET and my college helps a lot of people and have several connections with reputated companies which is quite helpful to students to get new jobs...Read More
