Course Curriculum Overview

4

I have done B.Tech because i wanted to be a Software Engineer. However the teaching and all syllabus of Driems was really good and they covered all main topics. It can be improved by certain modifications like they can add some extra courses and add practical experience lab classes.

Placement Experience

4

Placement facility is not so good at Driems. Due to market requirement also now vacancy of jobs are very less. Our college provided 5 to 6 companies like Bourntech, Ajatech, Technoshrine, Internship at Qspiders etc. Some companies need firstclass in carrier to apply in their company and some companies allow everyone.

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fee is not same every year now it is 1.5 lakh per Year. Hostel fee is different from course fee. Hostel facility is available if anyone interested then he can stay. Environment is good and placement also provided but not efficient on placement.

Campus Life

4

Annual function was held in our college every year. Also we publish Journals and books which we can found in our Libraries. Technological provisions are very less provided inside classrooms. Sports and Extracurricular activities are there in our college. We also performed social groups like antiragging, Swachhbharat, Dance, Painting, Cybersecurity etc

Hostel Facilities

5

There is facility of room delivery of food and emergency medicine. Meal and food quality is average. Registration process for hostel is available. There is also PG hostels out side of the campus. Many houses are on rent in affortable price.

Admission

I choosed this college due to it is close to my village and i have not applied for other colleges also. I do not got any rejection form other colleges. It is a best college but placement is not good . If we say about teaching,it is good college. We can take admission through Jeemain or Ojee entrwnce.

Faculty

4

Course fee will be taken 2 times in a year. Total 8 Semesters in 4 years and after Each semester you can deposite course fees. After 1st semester they take half and after 2 nd semester they take remaining course fee of that year. Every year you have to clear the course fees.

Interview Experience

4

GD or Interview practice was done at the last year of our college. Teaching is good but placement is not so good. We have to prepare for the interview ourself in maximum case. So do not depend on the college placement.

Night Life

5

Yes after college hours we can enjoy the beautiful nature inside the college. Thare is Gym, Swimming pool, Cafeteria, Library, Public places, Grounds etc. There is hostels for boys and girls separately. All hostels are inside the campus.

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are good but not great. Th overall performance of students getting placement from every branch course combined is more than seventy percent. But the percentage in branch to branch respective wise is different , as Computer science engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and Electrical Engineering have higher placement rates than any other courses. From Seventh semester students became eligible for sitting in placements. You can say from the start of Fourth year students sit in placements. Many companies visit and offer placements to our students but the big companies are TCS( Tata consultancy services) , Infosys, Adani Limited , Reliance Limited , Tata Power and Co.. The highest package offered to our branch course ( Electrical Engineering ) Is 13 LPA by Tata Power. The percentage of students getting placed by Electrical Engineering is pretty good and is 77%. Overall percentage of students from all branches is 72%. My plans after getting the degree is simple. I am preparing for placements and also for gate exam . I want to give myself a chance . I will try to get a big placement from a big company as I want . If that doesn't go according to my plan I will try to qualify gate exam and will do Masters in Technology in a. Higher Institute.
