I had also applied to DYPIU, but refused the admission there because of the fees structure and curriculum. The college is private and also has high fees. NMIET is under government and comparatively the fees is affordable here. Also the opportunities provided for students in NMIET is great. The admission process is quite simple and quick. Proper and relevant documents should be submitted in online process and then during admission the documents should be submitted in order in proper time. The eligibility for admission is by entrance exams conducted by government like MHTCET,JEE. Based on the entrance score and merit list. The college's like Pimpri Chinchwad college of engineering, DY Patil PIMPRI and ALL INDIA SHREE SHAHU MAHARAJ SOCIETY AISSMS COE are the colleges where I applied.. But there i got the Electronics and telecommunications branch which I wasn't interested in and Passionate about..I got DY pimpri in first round for E&TC..I was very indulged to get Computer branch so I choose this college over other colleges where I got computer engineering branch.. Yes I got rejection from other colleges for the branch I wanted to pursue..but I got other branches like chemical and mechanical electrical electronics engineering I n my percentile as my percentile for entrance was 92.83%ile..My a bt less percentile to get admission for my wanted branch wasn't possible so I didn't make it there and got admission here.. In my college you can get admission through entrance exams like CET JEE which requires a certain percentile criteria to be matched to the cutoff of this college and you can get admission in our college..There are spot rounds also in our college and also management seats available..The cutoffs are around a bare minimum percentile of about 85+ in CET and 90+ in JEE...Read More
