Course Curriculum Overview

4

I choosed this course because I wanted to become a financial consultant. My personal research made me choose this course. Our college conducts industrial visits to manufacturing companies and they prepare us for real wold interactions. Infrastructure needs to be improved

Internships Opportunities

5

Many big companies like wipro, microsoft, google came in our campus and offered internships as well as jobs at high package. They on an average offered 7000 per month to the students. These internships opportunities enhance experience in real life. They provide tasks and projects to students. They gain experience and make their resume strong

Placement Experience

5

Campus placement becomes eligible from 3 semester onwards. More than 300 companies visited the campus and 9000 students got placed by our College into those companies. Highest package is 70 lacks per annum and average package is 4 lacks per annum. My plan after getting degree is to become a financial consultant

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of this college is totally affordable. The fees is 80000 per year. Admission fees of this college is 11000/-. Development fees is to be charged every year. All the fests being happened in the college, the fees is charged accordingly. College also provides scholarships to students who are eligible for it.

Campus Life

5

Parivartan the biggest fest of cgc landran is held every year in the month of September. This event gives a chance to showcase their talent. Every department has its own library containing every kind of books for students. Wifi has been provided to students in every classroom. There are many sports activities held every year in the college with the name of annuall sports meet(ASM).

Admission

I applied in chikara university, Punjabi University Patiala. But in the end I choose this college. Reason being was affordability and opportunities given by this college. This college provided career development and opportunities at a very affordable cost. So I choose cgc landran rather to other colleges. There is no such difficult process of admission. You just need to score 50% in 12th standard and 5.2 cgpa for master degrees.

Faculty

5

Relation of faculty with students is very friendly. Faculty of college are very friendly to students. Students if they have doubt they can even meet the teacher in personal to solve their doubts. Actually every faculty of our department are best so can't come to a conclusion. Exams are conducted every mid semester called mid semester exams and after that final exams are been conducted. Level of exam is moderate. Many students fails too. From a class about 4-5% of students fails to appear in exams.

Night Life

5

There are 2 gyms for hostellers in campus. One for boys and another for girls. There are many cafeterias and canteen in college. Hostel timing are strict. You need to be in campus before 8:00 pm for boys and by 7:00 pm for girls. Ashiqui chowk, center park are the most famous in our college. Yes it is totally safe to roam around.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Firstly every course have different fee structure. As my course is BCOM so i think if you need to make some higher knowledge of commerce you should go for it because it can help you to make your overall basic knowledge good even if you don't related to commerce stream in 11th or 12th. the way of teaching in the collage is good but still some of the teachers don't have interest to teach their student in the better way. exam system in the collage is good and its difficuly level is moderate also its depend on the subject and point of view of the students

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for enrollment into campus placements in the 2nd semester . We have been enrolled into placement classess and we will be graduating in 2023. According to the stats we have around 800+companies for placements and avg pacakge offered is 5LPA. Currently, I am not into placement so talking about the top placements and the ratio of placements will be biased. But we have been provided with top notch facilities to help develop skills and crack interview. Top recruiters - delloit, kpmg, JpMorgan etc. short internships were provided to students in their first year and with ending of 2nd year we will be doing a full force internship.
