I like the environment of the University, The environment is so good ,everything is present in proper way.
I like the teaching staff , They are providing more information and knowledge to us as they can.
And i also like the faculty members helping nature.

Dislikes

I like everything in the university , there is no complaining issue from mu side.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is little bit ok , sometimes we get problem but our faculty members have provided us the PPTs for every subject so that we can easily understand the topics and can manage our time.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My year wise fees is 200000 and i have to pay the fee semester wise and i can also do part payment of my fees. My examination fees is 2000 and security fees is 2500. My friends are getting benefits of scholarships like some have 50% scholarships, some have 20% scholarship, So it is beneficial for them and they are getting benefits from it.

Campus Life

My overall experience is very nice to this university, everything present here is very bice , Also the infrastructure is very large so we can enjoy easily , Everything month they conduct fest for the students in which big celebarities comes to perform on the stage.

Admission

I choose this college because it is my dream college and i like everything in this college that i need The placement ratio is good as compared to other colleges. Teaching method is also different from other coly, Practical work is more than the theory work so that we can easily learn the new things.

Faculty

The Faculty student relationship is good . All faculty members are good , they have good helping nature . They always try to solve our issues and help in our learning system, Daily teaches us new things from which we get new knowledge. Exam pattern is like that it depends on the. Semester that how many subjects are there.

Night Life

Night life is also good . We can walk in the campus in night . Because there is big security system so that we can freely enjoy the night life . Night life is very good in this university and locality is also safe to roam around at night.

The curriculum changes as per the need of the industry norms so that student can attain knowledge about the basics as well as the niche technologies.This is the aspect to choose the course and the lab work and continuous competitions help us with the industry trends. Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placements from 5th semester. The companies visited per year are approximately 200. They claim 100% placements but in reality they divide students into placement and non- placement batches called tpp and ntpp. If you slip up even once, you will be debarred from the tpp group. The highest package is 53 LPA. The average package is 4.5 LPA. Companies like JP Morgan, TCS, Capgemini, PlaySimple, Cognizant, Nokia, Philips, Morgan Stanley, PWC, KPMG, EPAM, Watchguard, High radius, OYO, Coding Ninjas, Samsung, etc have already came. More companies are yet to come. Since the student intake is too much, placements are really hard to get since there is too much competition. In the end, people get hired in mass recruitment companies and get minimum pay of 3-4 lpa. My plans are apply for off-campus jobs and start working in corporate after the degree. If I don't get a job, I haven't decided what I will do next.

A genuine review of LPU university specially for agriculture students

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to sit in placements after 7th semester , there's interview based skill classes from 1st semester , for agriculture students companies like itc agro , dhanuka , corteva visit for in campus placements . Average package for agri students is 5-6 lakhs , nearly 75-80% students get placement offers . I'm planning to do buisness after my graduation or takeover my family buisness .

Placement Experience:

At LPU, students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture and many others visit the campus. In 2025, more than 2,200 companies came and offered 6,000+ jobs. The highest package touched ?3 crore (international) and around ?62 LPA (domestic). For CSE, the average is around ?7–8 LPA, and the top 25% students bag an average of ?10 LPA+. MBA students had up to 95% placements, with the highest at ?29 LPA and average around ?8 LPA. Most students get placed if they are consistent. My plan after degree is to grab a good placement, keep building my skills in tech, and later explore higher studies or startups depending on where life takes me.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good but I am more looking towards offcampus placements. I will do internships from my second year and in first year I'll make the base. I contacted to some of the seniors they said doing hardwork will definitely lead to a good package.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester students are eligible for sitting in placements. There are alot of company visiting and alot of them take 2-3 with really good package and some handful with good enough packages of nearly10 lpa and the highest package was i think of in last month was of around 60 lpa . My plans after getting a degree is too work my way through companies to a FAANG Companies

From the second year itself students are eligible for campus placements and the companies right now visited are more than 80 + like Amazon Google Microsoft etc the highest package right now in our college 2.5 crore right now as a fresher more than 80% are getting placements which I can I can see and many used to start they own startups and get success in their field as help you teachers them and give them opportunity to learn and do startups and my plan after getting a degree is if you get a placement and huge packages and get a experience from them and to start my own business

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
