My College Review

The couse curriculum is designed for the students on the basis of the study of their respective courses. The syllabus is not vast and difficult. It helps in practical implementation for individual. The curriculum is well-designed for the students. The areas of improvements is the curriculum can add some more practicals for the students , so the students can have more real-world experience for then and enjoy learning.The exams are conducted on the basis of knowledge of the curriculum.

The college provides placement opportunity for the students. The average package is around 240000 per annum. Companies like TCS, WIPRO, Rapidops , Cognizant and many more visits the college for the placements. The students are eligible for placements after the end of 6th semester and 3rd Year. HIghest package was 1800000 per annum . Placements are offered for each departments. Placements ratio is of 1:8 students. I will take the placements after my degree.

The year-wise fees of my college is 78000. It includes of both the even and odd semesters . Registration fees and admission fees is around 5000 . Other fees such as development fees , lab fees is included in the tution fees only i.e. 78000 only . Some of my batchmates pay less because of reservations scheme . Their fees is between 20000-50000 . Government scholarships are available for people with quotas and merit.

The college campus life is amazing with new experiences. The college hosts events such as Tech-based events and Annual events.There are many clubs for each activity in the college. Their is sports clubs, dance club , singing club, acting club , social-awareness club , manchan club , tech club and many more. There are posts for each clubs as president, seceretary and club coordinators. The club has facultys also involved for the development of students. The college also provides NCC and NSS program for the students. The college also provides the Library facilies with over 2000+ books. It also includes e-books and e-Librarys facilities.

I have applied for several colleges like LNCT, Oriental , TIT, Sistech , VIT,etc . I have felt rejections from VIT and Oriental institute of Technolog. The fees of LNCT and TIT was much higher than my college. The sistech college was very Much far from my home. So I choosed Sagar Institute Of Research and Technology as my college. My fees here is 78000. Other colleges have fees between 100000 to 300000 so that's why I choose Sagar Institute Of Research and Technology as my college. The college accepts JEE exam and Board result for the eligibility of admission.

The faculty-to-student ratio is betwwen 1:30.The faculty is well qualified in their respective departments. Some faculty are highly educated with phd degrees and some are with master degrees . Faculty with the collaboration of students publish research papers. I like sanjay sir the most for their attention towards students. I don't like sunil sir for his rude behaviour.There are 2 mid-semester exams and 1 final university exams are conducted in the whole 6 months semseter.

Their is not such high nightlife around the campus as it is in the outer of the city. Although there are small general stores and cafes around the campus. The famous hangout place is Shubham restro near the campus. The college has also gym inside it for the students. There is no public library outside the campus.
