Likes

They have labs in every department with good facilities
New building in construction and labs also
Their library and way of liberty in classroom

Dislikes

Faculties don't have much experience in design in animation and game design
Overpriced in every this they charge a lot on every step
We have to pay around 1 lac for a sem is we want to give re exam

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum are based on software teaching only they build labours not designers as most of faculties don't have design background they can improve it byt giving some liberty to students in term of exploring design in their field

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 320000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid for the course is around 2.45 lac per annum for tution fees and 1.45 lac per annum for hostel. Tution fees increase 10% every year for new students and same as hostel fees but for everyone now the tuition fees is around 3.2 lac per annum

Campus Life

People are going to judge everyone inside the campus they have ego and negative problems, their festivals and functions are good but the student council is lag of maturity, as they will do only those things what they like rather than thinking about others

Admission

I applied coz they market themselves as the first university in india centric to all design field. In process of admission we have to give wudat exam which is their entrance exam then have to clear interview to appear in the course

Faculty

Overall faculties are good but if they don't like you then it's hard to survive in the college, they are not so open for new creative ideas and have ego problem. Exams are easy but their attandance system is not much good

Night Life

They have gym, library and canteen to access after working hours but lockdown applies after 10 in night and everything closed by 10 so everyone have to go inside their respective rooms, we can't go out from the campus without any pass if you are staying in hostel

Placement Experience:

After 6rd semester students can apply for placement. But students can do internship and other from 1st year itself if they want to earn it's upto them. 70% students get placement from here. Average package is approx 4lcs.

As for course i chose is IAD , 1 st year is just foundation year so did not taught much about interior design but they make sure to strong your basics and maintain a flow for studies, exam are not difficult it is moderate level but in jury you have to focus on your communication skills

Placement Experience:

The placement system in our campus is almost - almost acceptable as the average is pretty low but the highest goes in the range of 40-50 lakh and even more, i dont have that much idea about placement in our campus as i only got to know from some batchmates.

The course curriculum is well updated with the current situation. Our course is mainly based on exploring the outside world and observing and learning new things. Placement Experience:

I don't know about the placements but some of my nose senior have got a really good placement so and we have paid internship from second year too in every department there are different kinds of internships which are provided by the college

World University of Design Review

I applied to MIT WPU and got admission as well. However, WPU being a relatively newer university didn't yet acquire all the equipment needed for the field and had a higher tuition fee. The admission process for WUD requires you to write an examination, or you can alternatively apply using your UCEED/NID rankings. Post examination is the portfolio and interview round, where your design portflio is submitted followed by a personal interview with one or more faculties.
