Course Curriculum Overview
BCom course in accounting and finance has a very vast syllabus that covers majorly all the subjects related to commerce such as accounting, cost accounting, financial accounting statistics and as well as subjects of management such as general management, human resource management, marketing, management, etc.
Placement Experience
Placement of the college is ok as the college provides placement to only around 40 to 50 percent of the students every year. Students get an average salary goes to around 1.5 lacs to 2 lacs per annum.
College Events
The college organizes chapel service every Wednesday at 8.45 am for the Christian faculty and students. Events are organized and maintained by the clubs present in the college e.g. Quiz club organizes interdepartmental quiz competitions periodically, creative writing club organizes creative writing competitions regularly.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships from different schemes are provided by the college. Students can avail Scholarship/Freeship from the Central and State government, freeships/scholarships provided by the institution funds, freeships/scholarships from private bodies.
Campus Life
College campus is located in the Racecourse which is known as the heart of the city so the college is easily accessible from the neighborhood. College does have a playground for playing almost all the games, different clubs present in the college teach us many things and develop so many skills by workshops and seminars.
Admission
For admission, first of all, I visited the college for form collection in the month of June, after obtaining the form I filled it and submitted it after duly signing it and I got admission by the merit list which was published in July month.
Faculty
College faculties are the one who runs the college on their shoulders according to me. They all have the experience of many years of corporates as well as of academics and teaching career and they share both the knowledge with their students.
