Course Curriculum Overview

5

Specifi aspects of the curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is the emerging markets for the commerce and the need for the marketing works. The curriculum prepared me really well to meet the real world with my knowledge. The teaching methods need to be improved some classes need more virtual classes and labs.

Internships Opportunities

4

The internship are taking part actively and the teachers help the student to grab the opportunities wisely for the bright future. The stipend is mostly 12000 to 16000 . We did our internship in companies nearby our college.

Placement Experience

5

The placements programs of our college will happen actively when we enter our final semester there are many companies which visit our college. The students are eligible for the placements in their final semester. Companies like TCS, Sutherland, Bajaj, Shriram etc., And there are many offers other than this. The highest package as per the company visited are 15 LPA and the lowest is 9 LPA. Above 60% get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The application fees for the admission is starting from 3500 INR the college fees for per year is INR 35000. The fees for my batchmates or little less as they come under some scholarship. In our college there are many scholarship like SC ST and the first graduate

Campus Life

4

My overall experience in my college is that a good college with decent students and performance. There are over 100 programs and clubs which make the students actively engaged in the programs and be a part of the club. The facilities need to be improved a little. The sports and extra curricular activities are well placed and performed well. There are clubs like tamil mandram, English clubs , commerce minds etc.,

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel need to improved a little. The college need to be improved in the hostel food. The hostel closed for boys and girls in 6.30 and 9.00 pm. The hostel fees are INR 30000 per year . The hostel can be affort by the person as per their financial position.

Admission

I applied in VIT SRM and AMJC and I chose this college because of its peaceful appearance outside the city. The admission process of our college takes upto 30 minutes as we need to fill the application. My course does not need any exams but other than my course there are some other which need exams.

Faculty

5

The faculty to student ratio is appreciated by all the best teachers who are in good relationship with the students. I like the chithra devi mam she always have a good relationship with students and the I don't like Thenmozhi mam she won't take classes. There are 3 exams for a semester which make students to build them for the semester. The question papers are little tough.

Night Life

5

The night life Is curfew for girls 6.30.pm and for.boys 9.00 pm. The gym, cafeteria and other facilities will be closed at 7 pm The hostel food are both South and North Indian based. My favourite hangout place is library as it is peaceful and good to learn.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The specific aspect will be accounting that made me choose this couse. The curriculum made me to prepare for future accounting field works and knowledge around the field. The improvements that I suggest may is to add more relevent real life job experience in subject books itself. As per me who is one of a topper student in my college, The difficulty is moderate to me and timing of exams are more enough to fill all the questions.

Placement Experience:

In MCC there is placement but it's not 100% placement, only 10 to 20 from a class of 60 gets placed, so when it comes to placement it's upto to you and your skills. Normaly the placement enrollment starts at beginning of your 5th semester or end of your fourth semester, you can opt for placement or higher study. The highest package was from Standard Chartered & Deloitte it was 6 Lakhs CTC. Accenture, TCS and some well known companies will participate in placement drive. The average package will be Rs.3.5 Lakhs CTS. I'm planning to go for higher studies while doing a part time job after getting degree.
