IIBS is a good college but it need to be improved

Academics International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) is one of the Top MBA Colleges in Bangalore providing Mysore university management programs. It is an esteemed educational institution, renowned for its unparalleled education methodologie and faculty are very experienced which providing theory with practical knowledge.

Being a university recognized MBA, IIBS followed AICTE-prescribed syllabus. The specialization is introduced from second year, when we could choose from Finance, Marketing, Operations, BFSI, HRM specializations. The syllabus was comprehensive, covering entire concepts of business management.

IIBS placement is also very good, All the students get placement from the campus selection, So from my opinion i will suggest you to go for IIBS, In very less amount of money you can complete your education with all the facilities which bigger colleges provides to their students, But IIBS provide all the things in less money, and provide the 100% placement.

Campus is a place for learning as much as fun & frolic. IIBS was no different. Education was the main focus. In between all of that, there were events that made our campus life all the more interesting –visits to notable companies, international tour to Thailand, adventure learning, management festivals. Well, one can only wish the fees were little less than what is being charged now. But then, scope & aura of MBA is such that fees tend to be always on the higher side. However, compared to other B-Schools, it is okay & manageable. With an option to pay in easy installments, 7-8 lakhs is not so taxing on students.

IIBS itself does not sponsor any educational loans to students. Students themselves have to arrange for loans with banks and other financial institutes. There are many such banks that are eager to offer loans at nominal interest. Despite this detachment, IIBS has a policy of encouraging bright students with certificate of appreciation.

We had plenty of internship opportunities. Some 20 odd companies came forward to accommodate us in internship training. Many of us accepted it. I did a stint at Manpower in HR process. It was such a learning experience.

To me hostel facilities provided at IIBS were good. We were given cozy accommodation attached with basic furnishing. The entire hostel complex is peaceful and secured. The hostel had a canteen that served us food, which was hygienic & tasty. Different menus catered to students’ preference for their native food

Alumni at IIBS are exceptional in the way they came to their juniors’ assistance when needed. They somehow manage dtheir busy schedule to pass on useful tips to us. The annual alumni meet was a great platform to strengthen & bond with our seniors.
