Course Curriculum Overview
Computer engineering was in the trend and also high demand because of which I choose it . As our college is autonomous it recently changed the syllabus and made it perfect for the industry requirements rather than just bookish knowledge. They keep on updating the syllabus yearly. Teaching methods have also been improved as they mostly use smart boards and interactive tests and quizzes with presentation also. Exams are perfectly timed as 4 exams in a semester... They are not at all difficult is you study timely and notes are all provided by the faculty
Internships Opportunities
All companies which come to college for placements they also provide internships for the last 6 months where they have stipend from 0 to 15000 to maximum 40000 Company such as hexaware tech Mahindra juspay devangels deloitte control-s provide internships Internships mostly firstly give you training and then provide you with small projects out of its small parts are to be done by you which help the company to judge you.
Placement Experience
From 6 semester you can be eligible to get a job or placement. Our college is nearly visited by companies like juspay, hexaware, tech Mahindra, josh, dev angels. Total 650 students were placed last year Highest package was 60 lpa for adobe company for the role of sde The average package is 4 lpa 85 Percent students get placed on average I'm placed in 2 companies so I plan to pursue job after degree
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee for general candidate is 1,14,035 which I paid Sc 3000, tws 15000, ews 60000, vjnt 15000 Others have fees variable from 3000 to 60000 as per your quota or ews If you are a topper in 12th you also get benefits in fees
Campus Life
There's a event arpan which does all the cultural and sports events yearly. Sports events have all the sports football, cricket chess table tennis badminton volleyball Kabaddi kho kho tug off war. Cultural event includes dance competition singing competition traditional day Scrabble day twins day . Each classroom has projectors and smart TV screens which allow for presentation. All defferent sports are appreciated in our college volleyball badminton chess table tennis cricket football Our college has also high level club such as Google developers students club and Microsoft students club and also coding club which is run by students which helps to over all develope the students abilities capabilities programming skills required for the market around side with helping him to engage with other students
Admission
I applied for Kit, bharti college of engineering , dypayil.and multiple other colleges in munbai pune which I got admission into but didn't want to go there I also applied for KIT college and bharti college but as KIT college has higher cutoff i couldnt get into it. The admission process is simple as our college is also helping to fill out forms and admission process help.... No specific other exam was required to be given ... The admission was done through cap round itself
Faculty
There are good amount of faculties available for each subject for theory and practical. Nearly All facilities are phd qualified. Total 4 exams yearly 2 unit tests of 10 mks 1 mid sem of 30 mks and 1 end sem of 50 mks Mostly you don't fail in these .
Night Life
Our college has a central library which is opened for all the college hours and besides it is also has good cafeterias nearby also gym are available close by. Are college doesn't have a specific hostel but there are nearby PGS and local hostels which students can get. So there is no specific timing for hostels. It's very safe enough because it is at the centre and has police stations nearby also multiple famous places around like rankala, the new palace and other museums
