So I choose diploma because I didn't want to give 12th boards and was not too good in studies and I had interest in coding and technology so that made my mind to choose diploma in IT There are 6 semester and there are 2 exams exams each semester not including the weekly tests There are mid semester exam and end semester exams

Yes internships are provided in my college and many people get stripen too which are minimum 5k They use internshala for internship and they do that from the 1st sem so it is easy for students to get intership later They provide holidays to work at internship so it is easy to get a job later

Yes there and many placement that take place in my college There are many high paying placements too which I have saw personally The minimum people got was 5lpa and the highest is ig 50lpa and that was very good Even in ranking parul comes before some IIT colleges which I saw on internet Google meta facebook and many more companies visit our college for recruitment From the 6th semester students are eligible My plans are to get a good job or higher studies after my diploma

There are cheaper colleges but PU offers best placements till now For SC and ST it is free No fees for them and they have reservation They offer scholarship for SC and ST I didn't opt for that because I am from OBC caste

Yes the campus life is wonderful and my friends who stay in college hostel say the same thing because of the wonderful culture of my college and they celebrate every festival of the year no matter which religion it is and I love that thing There are many concerts that take place too in my college which are very amazing

Soo i applied to other colleges too but choose parul due to the amazing campus and things they offer and i had heard a lot from my relatives too I had MSU in mind but due to reservation things I didn't stand a chance there because only SC and ST get addmission there easily Plus i was out of station and my time was running out and parul was giving addmission without any issue or problem so i applied there and got in easily

The course I am doing is diploma in engineering which is information technology and it's fees is 80k There are many cources in this field tho I choose IT The exams are mild and not taht difficult and the faculties teach good and is understood by most of the students

I have once stayed late till 2am in my college due to a concert on 31st so the night life is very comforting and safe in parul due the the amazing security who roam around the college all day with dogs so there is nothing to be afraid of at night Tho it is cold in PU because it's very inside of vadodara but still the best college
