Course Curriculum Overview
Computer programming we are able to learn though it's a bio related subject but for. 1st two years it's all btech related subject so we will easily be able to work at industries after passing out as we will get practical knowledge.
Placement Experience
In 8th semester campus placement occurs , placement cell is good. It also motivates to go for business. About 90 percent students get placement, average placement of 10 lakh is offered, . Highest of 42 lakh was given in our department.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per semester fees is 83000 and I have total 8 semester. Scholarship is their based on semester marks. Category discount is not their, hostellers are paying 1 lakh 14 thousand rupees per semester and transportation fees is 8000 per semester
Campus Life
Campus life is good , as the college is large and greenary is there. A fest called adinova is organised every year in February, every festival is celebrated. We have our own cricket and football team and have won also . Their are many clubs and which are active.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is of 3 bed , 2 bed and 1 bed with ac and non ac . The rules are strict so you can't move out without permission from parents and warden. Meal are good with veg and non veg options. Registration can be done every semester and affordability is good.
Admission
It's the best college for biotechnology in Kolkata that's why I choosed it . It also offers good placements and eligibility is 60 percent in ,12 and 10 and u have to pass Aucat exam . It's an overall good college if you want to study
Faculty
Faculties are good and they teach really well. 50 marks are internal which are given based on assessment, project and class response And rest 50 marks are for end semester, difficulty is moderate, if someone studies regularly they will clear easily and will get a good cgpa
Night Life
Gym is there with fees of 1500 per month, there are 3-4 cafeterias and every department have their own library which are open till 8 pm . Famous place in campus is the ground and outside the college is star mall and pioneer park .
