Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum at my college is industry-aligned and covers core areas like programming, data structures, and software engineering. Practical labs and projects prepares students for real world problems. Exams are semester based. Faculty are supportive and approachable, fostering a good learning environment.
Internships Opportunities
SSAIET offers internships through tie-ups with companies like TCS, Infosys and L&T. Roles include software development, IT support, and design engineering, with stipends ranging from rupees 5000-10000 per month. Projects focus on app development, coding challenges, and hardware design, helping students gain practical skills and industry exposure.
Placement Experience
Placements start from the 7th sem. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro visit the campus, offering roles in software development and IT support. The highest package is aroung 6 LPA, with and average of 3 LPA About 70% of students get placed. After getting a degree i plan to pursue higher studies.
Fees and Financial Aid
Talking about the fee structure yearly , it is about 69,457. The fees is paid on the basis of semester. I am currently studying in sem-4 and my fees for this sem is 34,728. Yes the college do support scholarship like mysy, and digital gujarat scholarship, etc . There is also scholarship for sc/st students. Talking about my batchmates who are sc/st , they don't have to pay for any tuition fees. They just pay for their hostel fees. Some of also have taken admission as tfws so they too don't have to pay the tuition fees.
Campus Life
Campus life at SSAIET is vibrant, with annual fest like "techfest" and cultural events like "Agrawal Utsav". The library is well-stocked with books and journals, and classrooms are equipped with projectors and Wi-Fi. Sports facilities include cricket, volleyball, and indoor games, while extracurriculars like dance, drama, and coding competitions keep students engaged.
Admission
I applied to SSAIET because of its updated curriculum, approachable faculty, and practical learning. I also considered nearby colleges but chose SSAIET for its infrastructure and affordability. As the admission process was easy, based on acpc and merit. Eligibility needed was 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Cutoff was reasonable, making the process smooth and accessible.
Faculty
Faculty members are very approchable and assists students very well. There is a very nice faculty student relationship. One of my teachers Pankita Patel and Bhavisha ma'am teaches very well. I don't think so there would be any staff with whom a student would have any problem. Usually there are 3 exams first the mid exam then the re-mid exam for those who failed and then the gtu exam which is conducted by the gtu. The cirriculum is regularly updated ensuring students acquire relevant and important skills.
Night Life
I don't know much about the nightlife as i'm a day scholar. But i can tell you the hangout spots like there is a good cafe named retro, recently there has opened a new food shop named choupal. Students often unwind at nearby cafes or Navsari's town square, the area is safe for late-night strolls
