Maharaja Sayajirao University

As I was having a keen interest in accounting so I choose Bcom as my graduation path. in these college I was a given a mixture of practical and theoretical knowledge of accounting and commerce.The exam was on easy to moderate side.

The campus placement is not good over here the placement rate is 50% and highest package was 4 lpa and lowest was 50k per annum average was 2 lpa. Mainly energy sector industry comes for placement like ONGC, Adani, etc. after the graduation I had a plan to do mba from prestigious college.

The first year fees was 6700 and it tution fees increases by 500 every year so 7200 in second year and 7700 in third year. The university also provides scholarship but it is mainly through merit base.

As I had taken the admission during Covid the first two year was online so I didn't enjoy the campus life as much but the infrastructure was awesome I really enjoy over here talking about the sports they have two beautiful grounds for cricket and football ball other than these they have tennis court. Here you will see the Asia's one of the largest library The Hansa mehta library over here it's a huge library with a lots of books

I choose these college mainly bcoz of its reputation and it was located in my hometown so it was comfortable for me to go their. I also applied for Parul university but due to its distance I choose these college. In these college there is direct admission so there is no GD, PI rounds over here for Bcom.

The faculty members were very friendly and helpful to the students they provide a whole guidance to the students. Semester wise exams are taken over here so in total 6 semester was there. The faculty to student ratio was around 1:120

The cafeteria in the university is good but outside the campus there are awesome resturant and cafes like the Tea post, Havmor restaurant and local shops are also available and the campus is very much near to the railway and bus station. Vadodara is one of the safest city of India so the local areas are very much safe and in night there are various police officer are there over here who do patrolling .
