Course Curriculum Overview

From 2nd year onwards we need to develop projects that will help the society. Each semister 2-3 labs will be there. Hackathons are conducted every year. From 2nd year onwards students will get the chance to do internships in top companies.

Internships Opportunities

In 2nd year Microsoft and Amazon hire students from VRSEC for internships and depending on the performance students alos have a chance to get full time. Projects are must in VRSEC. Students start project work from 2nd year onwards.

Placement Experience

In VRSEC every student will have an oppurtunity to participate in placement exams, which will start in 3rd year 2nd Semister onwards. Top MNC Companies hire the students of VRSEC in very good amount of numbers

Fees and Financial Aid

I'm Yasmine Shaik, joined VRSEC in 2020. I think VRSEC is one of the top colleges which provides Quality education along with placements and Internships in this recession period. The year-wise college fee is around 66500/- and you can avail scholarships if you are eligible.

Campus Life

Students will get a lot of chances to participate in extra curricular activities such as hackathons, college fests . VRSEC Library students can get access to a wide variety of books , journals, e-library etc. Students can also join NCC

Hostel Facilities

In girls hostel the fee is around 35000/- per year. The menu is decent, Rooms also big, weekly twice non-veg, washing machines are there, Gym is also available, play ground. They also provide snacks in the evening.

Admission

My first prefernce is VRSEC and i got admission in this college in very first instance only. The reason why i choose VRSEC over other colleges is because of the repuation it possess and it is very near to my loacality.

Faculty

As we all know there are 8 semisters in Bachelors Degree Program. And the Exams are conducted as per the syllabus. And also we have to write 2 Assignments and 2 sessionals Before Every semister except 8th Sem. Each Subject in Semister is for 100 marks. In 100 , 30 internal marks and 70 external exam marks

Night Life

In VRSEC girls hostel Gym facility is there. late-night roaming is not allowed in the campus. The campus area is very big and have a lot of hangout places like ground, kachhapi,canteen, around library etc..

Good college with proper management

Placement Experience:

The placments are not good for this collges because it doesnt have any better managment for placments. from 7th semester majot placments starts. the companies visited are HCL,TCS, infosys,flipkart and so on. The highest pachage i heared is 5 lakhs and lowest is 2.5 LPA the percentage of students are getting placed is less due to lack of skills.My plan is to secure job from good company.

Yes the placements are good in my college but for the students who study well , the collge almost have 5k students strength in final years it not possible to give all the students high paying jobs since the companies who pay higher recruit less students , But most of students are being placed but for low packages In the end of 3rd year the placements are started and most important thing is students are categorised by their CGPA so maintaining 9+ Cgpa is very important for high paying jobs There are almost more than 100 companies which visit our college and i dont the exact numbers , The highest package obtained by our college student is 80 lpa

In the recent passed out batch i.e., 2019-2033 batch, we got nearly 1300 placements in our college for all branches. Our Dean sir provides us with so many interships and job offers from 2-2 onwards. Not only interships and jobs, we are also provided with so many courses in emerging technologies like AI, ML, cloud computing, data analytics, and data science. Not only for computer-aided branches but also for core branches we are getting so many placements. We got 1800 offers for the recently passed out batch.

In the fifth semester, students are selected for campus placements. Companies are HCL, TVS, TCL, Microsoft company etc. I visited the HCL company. HCL company offered me 7 years agreement. Eighty per cent is compulsory to get placement at campus selection.

College life is most memorable

Placement Experience:

You can't expect any on-campus jobs here, the placement levels are very low. Only start-ups and local companies visit here however you can try different off-campus jobs. The highest off-campus package is 12 LPA and here the percentage of placements is too low as it is a tier 3 college. So I recommend if you choose your career or expect a high package, then this will be not for you.

Wonderful VRSEC- Where a student can create wonders

I joined in this college with my eamcet rank of 8724 in ECE department. But now as my college becomes university, there will be no entry / admission through eamcet exam.
