Course Curriculum Overview

5

The alumani network influenced me most to choose this course and curriculum is too much practical as there are too many industrial visits by college, it give industry experiance to students. The frequency of exams are one midsem exam within one to two months.

Placement Experience

3

From the 6th sem students are elligible for placements, there is secperate placement cell for placements named E-CELL RGPV. Companies like TCS, Inox, wipro, bosch etc visits for placements. something 50% students are got placements. After compliting the course and getting the degree I will go for corporate jobs.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees for a year is RS 33000 of General Category from which 9600 is of bus fees, the bus fees is applicable only in first year, and for other categories like obc/sc or others there is scholerships like medhavi or goverment scholership is available. The scholership amount is same as course fees.

Campus Life

3

The campus life is average, there are some festivels like "pravah" happens once in a year. the range and accessibility of books and journals are good in the library. there is a sports complex but that never opened I don't know why! students run social groups and clubs but they are not as much active due to lack of guidance.

Admission

The campus is too big in comparision to other colleges that is 250 acres of area. No I didn't got any rejection because I applied through counsling. The admission process are happend in two steps one is lateral entry and another one by JEE examination through counsling. The cutoff is minimum between 70k to 1lakh range.

Faculty

5

there is one faculty over 89 students in mechanical branch and something same for others. the faculty name Jitendra kushwaha sir teaches ED are most liked faculty because of there decipline towards there duty and there love for students. there are total 5 mid sem exam in a semester.

Night Life

3

there are gym's in hostels of college but there machines and infrastructure is not usable. famous hangout are like lover point and tekri view point. Lover point is the corner for couples and from the tekri view point the whole beautifull nature friendly campus is viewable. the overall college life is between neutral to average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be exact, the curriculum has to be improvised and structured properly for real-world needs. The structure is outdated, and the pattern is too. The industry-based learning is not being promoted at all, as per my observation. The timing for exams is not frequent, but the paper structure is the same as the old so very outdated for a growing economy like ours.

I have interest in biology so I chose biotechnology as my career option the demand of biotech expert are also increasing so I thought to choose this course. More experimental methods should be used for teaching more no. Of practicals should be done. Semester wise exams are taken 2 end semester exam in a year and 2 internal examination in every semester. The difficulty level of the examination is moderate.
