Course Curriculum Overview

4

Generally speaking, the relevance of the curriculum could be developed more. Its core concepts were effectively covered with some lack in specialized areas with not much in-depth study in some areas. Practical applications to the industry need were well supported. More research methods and more independent work would have accelerated the academic streams. The level of difficulty for exams is moderate and conducted at periodical intervals, but this should be flexible in terms of time and frequency so that students who learn through practical exposure could adapt to such diversified learning methodologies.

Placement Experience

4

KL University has a strong placement record. Starting from the final year, a student gets accredited for campus placement opportunities. Top recruiting companies include Accenture, TCS, Wipro and many more. The highest packages that are offered have become high figures. The average package is also pretty competitive.Year wise, a healthy percentage of students have placements in hand. After completion my graduation, i want to work in the software field.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee vary among programs and category. The fee structure of the university is relatively high, increasing every year as the largest expenditure. Other charges include admission, registration, caution, development, and lab fees. All the students belonging to merit-cum-need and government schemes are exempt from fee reduction. Fees in the case of batchmates differ based on his category, namely Management , SC, ST. Detailed information including year-wise fees and amount of scholarship can be obtained from the KL University Website or directly contacting the admissions office of the university.

Campus Life

4

Campus life at KL University is great, with good social and extracurricular activites. Some of the significant annual festivals which are conducted inside the campus at KL University include "Samyak" and branch wise fests. Students can access books, journals and electronic resources in a well-stocked library. Up-to-date classrooms wth facility of smart board and high speed internet. Students engage in different games, including football, cricket and basketball, as well as in clubs such as the music club, and dance club. Several aspects are run by students themselves, which greatly influence student representation.

Admission

I choose KL University mainly due to its excellent placement records. Compared to other colleges i applied for, KL University offered better infrastructures, better faculty, and an industry-oriented curriculum. Students who have succeeded in the calss 12 examination also get eligibility consideraiton. Following submission of their application forms, subsequent counseling sessions ensure completion of process for admission including fees.

Faculty

4

The faculty-to-student ratio is generally good, allowing for some degree of individual attention. Most faculty members are approachable and willing to assist students. The course structure is typically a mix of lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions. Exams are conducted periodically, with a mix of internal and external assessments. The marking scheme is usually a combination of continuous assessments and end-semester examinations. The course curriculum is generally relevant to the industry , though it could be more updated in certain areas.

Night Life

5

KL University at night is simply very energetic because it provides its students with diverse ways of releasing all the long-day pressure within the class environment. Several of these options on campus include gym facilities that open until late at night, library services where the environment can provide either studying or socialization settings. There are alternatives to venture into the town of Vaddeswaram where students can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops outside the campus.
