Likes

The campus is so peaceful and full of greenary
We can study in the college library. It consists of different books according to our courses
The lecturers are so friendly. They teach us alot of good things beside the respective subjects

Dislikes

Few lecturers are so arrogant and they don't teach properly
Sometimes the environment inside the college is so disturbed due to parties
We don't have enough events in our college so that we can enjoy

Course Curriculum Overview

I would like to say that our lecturers need to improve their explanation skills because many of us are facing this problem according to understanding . We are getting alot of problems in the examination time as we don't have proper knowledge about the subjects

Class Size: 66Course Fees: INR 30000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The year-wise fees of my college is 30k and semester examination fees is around 6k The hostel fees around 6k per month and 72k per year According to other branches, the semester fee structure is completely different ammount Their examination fee will be around 6.5k per semester

Campus Life

The experience was good in our college. The environment in our college is unbeatable compared to other colleges. We have large campus and we can enjoy roaming around it . It is maintained so neatly and hygienely

Hostel Facilities

I would say that the hostel Life is quite a bit difficult because we need to adjust in every aspect. Whatever it may be . It maybe about food or washrooms or hygieneness. We need to adjust alot . And the year-wise fees of hostel is 72k , it is more than we expected.

Admission

I chose this college because of one of my friends. They said that it is the best college for women and the best place for security and studies. the process of admission to our college is quite difficult because we have to go through so many processes to get admission

Faculty

The faculty of our college is quite impressive that includes only few . Some lecturers are so arrogant and they don't teach well . We have to skip the classes because of few lecturers. And sometimes we don't have proper systems for lab purposes.

Night Life

The night life in our college is little scary because in our college there are alot of trees and full of greenary. So at night times it is quite dark and scary to roam around. The light at night times don't reach the lower areas

Placement Experience:

Beginning of academic year that is in the first year the CRT training is being started to the students. And from the begining of the classes every student is trained with various skills like communication skills, body language, fluency of english and mainly stage fear is reduced by making us practise these skills. Computer science background students specially trainined in labs. The highest package is 7.5lpa and average package is 3.5-4.5lpa and the lowest package is 1.5lpa . The MNC compaines like cognizant, wipro, HCLtech, infosys, genpact etc . recruited from our campus.

A life of an Average Indian Student in University

Placement Experience:

My course is a 3 years course and the students could try for a placement from the start of 3rd year. They would have enough knowledge about the outside world by that time and they could start to apply for jobs and companies that they desire to work for. In our stream there are many companies that have visited us like gala foods, Nestle, Calavita, National Biodiversity Authority, Dodla Diary etc. I do not have an excat idea about the packages but that would range across 8LPA to 14LPA. Almost every student around 95 % get placed into the companies and few also opt for government sector for Quality Control Management, FSSAI and etc. My plans after completing B.Sc in Food Sciences Technology would be pursuing Masters degree

Along with the Telangana mahila vishwavidyalayam I have also applied for Andhra Mahila sabha college for women in Osmania campus and also A.V college of arts and science but I opted for this college because this college has a great history and great old heritage.The british residency building called Durbar hall and the old buildings inside the campus along with that the lush green campus with peacocks,birds and greenary would keep our mind peaceful and the huge trees under which we used to sit and study and the standard curriculum of the college grabbed us towards this college.
