Remarks

Kc Law is one of the best colleges that you can get into for studying law. College management is highly supportive and always encouraging students to participate and organize different activities for the overall development of a student.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

As far as the course curriculum is concerned, it's Mumbai university-based hence same for all the 3 years law colleges. Same goes with the exam structure as the college follows Mumbai University guidelines and dates. Faculties are highly qualified and lectures are highly interactive which in turn helps students to gain first-hand experience and knowledge thereby making a better professional.

Placement Experience

3

The placement cell of the college works efficiently. There is a lot of internships offers that are put up on the placement cell.

College Events

4.5

One of the major events that took place last year was LEGIS CENTRUM which is the national level moot competition organized by our college. In short, for first years, it was the first-hand experience in terms of how to go about for moot court. There were other events like client counseling and letter to chief justice.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for first-year law was around Rs.7550. Apart from that, if you are opting for hostels, you need to pay for that. And since it's got awesome canteen, you cannot go back without eating something in its canteen. No other expenses that I can remember apart from these.

Fees and Financial Aid

Have not opted for any scholarship or education loan, hence I have no idea about it. But you do get information from your classmates or seniors.

Campus Life

2.5

Campus life = 5/5. Gender ratio seemed equal. A lot of extracurricular activities like paralegal or sports competitions like badminton and carrom. Intra debate is held as well which is an impromptu debate competition on current topics relating to law.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is great. Senior students are extremely warm and helpful. They constantly encourage you to participate in all the activities and are always available for you.

Admission

I got admission in this college via my MHcet score. The admission process was super easy and smooth. It hardly took me 10minutes to get done with my admission. The instructions displayed on the college notice board for admission purpose was more than enough.

Faculty

4

The faculty of the college is highly qualified academically. They are highly experienced in their own subjects. Most of the faculties here have their own practice and hence lectures become quite interesting as they give in a lot of real examples. Above all, faculties are eager to teach. Always!!

The placements in college is moderate. Some students from BALLB grab high packages like 15-20 lakhs, but these are exceptions. Normally students have on average 8-10 lakhs mostly in law firms and banks

Trilegal, JSA, AZB, Tatva Legal and various other law firms from Mumbai itself offers us jobs worth 10 to 20 lakhs. In a cours where only a few colleges have placements ours is one of those. It has tie-ups with many lawyers and firms whichbare into litigation or arbitration.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course 8/10 aa course is highly good for me and i chose this field because of the respect it have our curriculum is good only as first 2 years we have BLS subjects then we have law subjects after that. As it is an integrated course it surely serves the purpose and makes you ready for real-life field only but as we have 75-25 pattern it gets hard to write that much in the examination in that much hour also we have to prepare for internals alot then assignment costs alot of time and make the whole study schedule hectic
