Overall, if a person joins K.C. Law College, he/she is sure to impart a Great amount of knowledge and exposure.

Placement Experience

The Students of this college have interned at reputed law firms and Corporates giving them the best opportunity to learn and gain experience. Placement Cell is quite active in the development of Career-related skills and conducts few activities for the same.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't avail any scholarships or education loans. I have no idea regarding this thing. Please check other reviews for the same.

Campus Life

The college campus is small. The college contains a Moot Court Room and a Library. There are many extra-curricular activities going on in the college through-out the year participating in which can provide a good exposure towards the Real Hearings held in Courts.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, the college has a vast alumni network containing various Prominent Advocates of the High Court and Supreme Court as its Alumni. The Seniors in the college are very helpful when it comes to providing guidance towards Academics and various activities.

Admission

I got admission via Sindhi Quota in K.C. LAW COLLEGE. The Admission Process is very Flexible which contains online submission of documents to DHE and offline Submission of documents to K.C.LAW College. The staff doing the admission is very calm and smooth.

Faculty

The faculty of the College is excellent. The college contains 7 Permanent Faculties who have completed their Masters and Doctorates who have detailed knowledge about their subjects of practice. The college also contains various Visiting Faculties who are the Practicing Advocates of High Court, Civil Court, etc who help in providing Practical experience of the courts to all its students.

KES Law College - a step towards your legal journey

Likes

Faculty is good. The teachings staff is approachable any time you want. They are well educated and most of them hold doctrate degrees.
The college has a canteen which offers good food at very nominal price
The campus is aur conditioned and every classroom is well designed to accommodate a batch of 80 students at once.

Dislikes

The non teaching staff or the visiting faculty is not approachable by the students.
The college doesn't have a uniform, which most law colleges have to maintain the ethics.
The timings of the college are very early. The lectures start at 7 am in the morning and 75% Attendance is compulsory which is extremely difficult for students in a professional degree to manage with internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum specially the first two years focuses more on subjects like history, political science etc and prepares are foundation for law. The curriculum is well inclusive of the practical aspects of law as well as the theory which prepares you well for the real world applications. The course can be improved via adding the amended laws like add in GST to the taxation laws. The internal as well as semester exams are conducted once every semester. The difficulty level is easy to moderate for both. We get a study leave of around 20-25 days before every semester exam to prepares ourselves well.

Likes

Campus is Good and the placement offered is also good. Faculty is supportive
The best part os we have army retired persons as our instructors and wardens, which makes our discipline go well defined.
Well equipped gym and other facilities and all type of sports facilities Available

Dislikes

I dont like the fact that college changes its professors in a year span.
The area where the college is located is far away from pune which becomes a problem for students to go out.
Proper hospitals are not available nearby. For any serious or emergency medical facility, we have to travel 40 km atleast

Placement Experience:

Our college provides 100% placements. Students are provided with in house counselling sessions. Campus interviews takes place. Our top package last time was 18L per annum And we are still growing and has much more chances of improvement.

Admission procedure is online directly done through Mumbai University website where we have to fill our preference college list and then according to our marks colleges are allotted to us. There are three online round and last physical round depend on availablity of vacant seats. After the allocation of college which you wish to attend we have to go to that college physically and do the further process and have to deposit fees through DD ( Demand Draft). College admission staff is very cooperative and helpful in the process. This College is among the top colleges of law in Mumbai so cut off is high but as this is an trust college of Sindhis so it's is easy for a Sindhi get an admission in this college.
