Likes

The educational faculty is so good teachers are very experienced
College campus is very vast and very scenic
Girls to boys ratio is 1:1 in my class we have 75 boys and 75 girls

Dislikes

Lack of facilities like Wi-Fi and the internet
Faculty is very strict over strict we can’t roam around freely

Course Curriculum Overview

The bsc agri hons course is very simple course it's is very easy to persue and very simple we have 6 month semester we have to give exams in every 6 month and 2 times a year the Mcaer board sets the paper for semester exam so exam is moderate difficult

Internships Opportunities

Our college offer us internship in various agricultural research stations they also provide stipend to us for our internship It gives a clear vision to the students about the future of students and it is so encouraging for students

Placement Experience

From 8th semester we are eligible for the placements but in our clg less companies show interest for the students Buyers,upl are the agro based company which hire us 8 lpa is the highest. I am planning to add mission in pg after the degree

Fees and Financial Aid

I have paid nearly 12000 in each semester because I belong to obc category I have got freeship also which is the freeship for the vjnt students. Sc/st students pay maximum 1000 rs per semester their fees is less than other students

Campus Life

We have Asia 2nd biggest library in our university College campus is Too good we have many things to learn from the clg campus Student in campus are very friendly and they don't have any rivalries

Admission

College of agriculture akola is best because it comes under the pdkv university it is the most liked university in the Maharashtra it's only give admission to best students Their is an entrance for admission in this course and the students who top in this exam get addmssion in the college of agriculture akola

Faculty

Student to faculty relationship is good we have 11 courses in one semester and and each course have 2 teachers overall experience with faculty is good we have to take 55% marks for the passing. About 20 % students fail in exams in some courses

Interview Experience

Yes we have group discussion interviews Admission done through the cet exam There are 3 cap rounds for the admission and there are 3 spot rounds for the admission

Night Life

We have a clg gym in our campus Also have cafeterias outside the campus and also have main area of city beside our college Boys hostel closed at 11 pm And girls hostel closed at 7:30 pm There is no famous place to hangout near college Locality is totally safe

Best collage where i have spent four years of my life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was great. I have chosen the course because from childhood I have worked in farm so i was loving to work in farm. My whole family is farmer. I want to change the way of doing agriculture. And i did it I have changed the traditional method of doing agriculture. Now we use modera technology to get maximum production from our farm. In the college total students was 60 and each subject was taught by seperate teacher in this way we was taught by 10 to 12 teaches. Each teacher was well educated and trained each one having minimum masters. All the syllabus was finished on time and exams was conducted on time.

I have agriculture or land in my village so it give me advantage and you reason to take the course. Course curriculum is not updated but from now next batch after 2023 the course curriculum is according to NEP(new education policy). Faculty members are well educated and will qualified the the student faculty ratio is about 1:40. The exam conducting is also very late as compared to the other colleges.
