Remarks

Subjects and courses in our college are so good that you get through knowledge. But some teachers doesn't teach properly, and practicals does not held properly before. But now after renewation practicals will be done properly.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

You can get knowledge about farmer ng and other related enterprises from this course. In the 7ty sem of course the RAWE program was there. In this we had many industrial visits. In this rAWE program we got practical knowledge about farming, condition of farmers, problems of villagers etc as we ourself saw them closely. We also teach them various important aspect related to farming, this was a part of our course.

Placement Experience

2.5

As most of the Student goes for academics further. Small amount of students give interview for placements.last year Syngenta company visited to our campus for placement. And about 10-15 students placed. More campus can come to our college but many students don't to place in companies. Teachers also follows different steps to prepare students for the placement, but very less students actually want to place. Teachers told us if more amount of students are ready for placing in companies they can made available more companies for placement.

College Events

5

Ganesh festival- ganesh festival is limited for our college only Social gatherings Shivjayanti- we celebrate shivjayanti- with all the colleges with comes under PDKV akola. Youth festival- in youth festival all the colllages from p.d.k.v University can participate. Jayanti and punyatithi a of many freedom fighters

Fee Structure And Facilities

Our college have very less amount of fees. Very feasible to everyone. Sc and st student don't have to pay any fees. But open students have somewhat more fees, which they have to pay every semester.Yes out college provide transperency in fee breakdown. But how and all for all the semester and whole course very less fees as compared to other courses.

Fees and Financial Aid

As income of my mother is more than the conditions thus I don't get any scholarships but I applied for freeship due which I have to pay less fees.

Campus Life

4

Number of girls are more than boys in may class. On average our college have same ration of girls and boys.As our college renewing now the new labs are so good have all the equipments and instruments. Our college don't have any dissimilarity in gender, reace of religion.

Hostel Facilities

4

No I haven't opted for hostel. But as may many friends are in the hostel I know everything about it.Hostels are cleans in one room three students are alloted. Quality standards are also great now as our students by themself started mess for food and hired chefs. Before when college gave contract to someone for food that time the was not that good.

Alumni/Alumna

Some seniors are very helpful in studies, assignment, different college festivals and also with future planning a about studies.

Admission

COA akola is one of the best college of Maharashtra for b s.c agei.for adm there is entrance exam agri cet.throught which we can get admission here. But on my admission time there were no such exam,my admission was on the basis of may 12th percentile.

Faculty

2.5

Almost 20 lecturers are there on our college. Average age 45, avarage qualifications msc or PhD.Lectures does not held properly. Some teachers are so good with students they teach properly and solve all the doubts of students, especially new teachers are very good in teaching and also with knowledge. But some elder teachers don't teaches properly. Sometimes I thought I have more knowledge than them. And they are insufficient to solve our doubts. They don't take lectures regularly. Some teachers doesn't teach form basics they directly go on complicated syllabus thus students get hard to mug up these. But even though new teachers are so good and we have most of the new teachers.
