See MBBS is in itself a big and very vast subject as you have to learn about anatomy ,physiology and all the aspects of human life this includes many subjects Anatomy Physiology Biochem These are subject of 1 year Pathology Microbiology Pharmacology These are subjects of second year Psm Ent Opthal Forensic medicine These are subjects od 3rd year Surgery Medicine Obgy Pedia Are subject of final year mbbs And 1 year internship in hospital is mandatory Along with this you have to attend your hospital postings starting from second year mbbs.

Internships Opportunities

As mentioned earlier if you are doing mbbs there is mandatory internship which you have to do in the dy patil hospital, for which you are given a stipend of 12thousand ruppes monthly. As an intern you learn a lot during you internship

Fees and Financial Aid

The detailed fees structure of dy patil medical college- As i took my seat in dy patil medicl in in the 2nd round of counselling,after which i joined dy patil medical college in navi mumbai, nerul in the year 2021 back then the tuition fess was 26 lacks pre annum and my coure is of 5 years in which 1 year of mandatory internship is inclued in the dy patil hospital. So the total tuition fess is around 1.3cr, this is just the tuiton fess your hostel fess & examination fess are not included in it. Hostel fess differs according to room occupancy but basic is 20 thousand per month , my hostel does not have a mess so the food charges are extra. As per now the tution fess have been revised and its 30lacks pre annum.

Campus Life

No one can deny the fact that mumbai has a great night life and pub culture. Dy patil is situated in nerul ,navi mumbai which offres you a great varities of pubs and clubs which one can go to even the weekend distinations like lonavala and alibaug are nearby. Dy patil medical campus has a fun and engaging environment the committee regularly hosts fets and afterparties in the clubs

Hostel Facilities

Hostel will just provide you with a room free electricity and 24 hour running water a bed and a table other than that nothing is included in thehostel fess. The food which you buy has to be paid seperately. Other than that the rooms are good.

Admission

Dy patil medical college is a repuited medical college in the country and it is in top 30 medical colleges in india. The patient flow here is very good so you get to learn a lot , the hospital and techniques are new and you learn a lot in the hospital as well

The dy patil medical college offres you a great professors that are there for you anytime you need there help they are very supportive and understanding, whether it be any department anatomy, pathology , biochem , psm , forensic medicine even in the hospital doctors and jrs are mostly helpful and there is good patient flow where you can really learn about medicine as subject and become a good doctor

Night Life

Navi mumbai has a great night life and offres a a lot of places to choose from ranging from pubs to clubs to brewerys and fine-dins and navi mumbai is a very good city to live in really like the vibe of this place

I want to be a doctor so I chose this course exam are held Every alternate month, the first-second term then prelims finally University. Exams are Quite tough to pass, Anat and the physio dept make 20-30/200 passes. Biochem passes around 100/200. But it's better as you need to fight for your eligibility.
