Course Curriculum Overview

2

My decision to take admission to Jamshedpur remains college was basically because of covid 19, 2020. I wanted to take admission in other cities and other colleges but because of COVID 19 I have to take admission in my hometown so I have taken admission there. And that's somewhere I have heard that Jamshedpur remains college is good but when I have stepped into the college I have felt the reality I've got the reality check. The curriculum in this college was not sufficient for the top competition around the country. II have heard before the COVID 19 the courses provided in the women's college were much better than today. There was lack of faculties for every course in the college in my course in the first year I was only having one faculty for my own hounours. There is generic elective subjects are also provided with the course the generic elective subject we can choose. The first improvement I will suggest for this call is to increase the number of faculties for every courses I have suffered from the problem of less faculties for the course, only one faculty can't handle the whole honest course and all the semester at the same time. The timings of exams were in the frequency of six to eight months. The difficulty level of the exam was very less a regular student who attends the classes can easily pass the exam it's not a big deal. The marking scheme of the examination were very easy one can easily get marks.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee of my course was approximately ?7000 per year so we can say it was 3500 rupees per semester. We have to pay during the starting of the semester to do our registration for this semester which was around 1500 to 2100 rupees for different categories. At the end of the semester for the examination purpose we'll have to form fill a form which was named as examination formula for this examination form we have to pay around 1700 to ?2000. Take nomination fee and registration fee was different for different categories. There is different kind of scholarship for a student can can opt for financial aid there is a Jharkhand Government scholarship called Ekalyan which helps the scst candidates or students or students belonging to the obc category. The Ekalyan scholarship is about 10,000 per semester.

Campus Life

3

I have heard that before COVID 19 there were some technical festivals or annual function celebrated in the college but after COVID 19 it is stopped. In my time in the college we have only celebrated the Farewell programme. I like the library of this college as it provided a lot of books to me. Where was the annual sports event in the college which was organized during the Windermans like January and February. When I was passed out of this course I have heard that my colleagues are also running from clubs for different subjects.

Admission

I was selected for admission in the other colleges where I have applied. I've taken admission in Jamshedpurr women's colleagues because of COVID 19, As the movement during COVID 19 was restricted I was with only one option to take admission in nearby college in my hometown. The admission process was based on the merit. Based on the marks of the 12th board exams the merit is made. For the admission of this columns we have to fill the admission form after which we get the merit list and merit list the selected student can take admission with the verification of their original document at the college. I think in Jamshedpur women's college everyone girl can take easily. I think there is really someone who got rejected from this college as taking admission with the merit is very easy for this course. There is four rounds of merit list which offers admissions to the courses in the college.

Faculty

2

In the first year of my graduation there were around 115 students. There were only one faculty taught for more than one year first. I don't find it appreciable teacher student ratio was about one by 1:115. After the end of my second year in graduation another faculty came and afterward passing out from that university some more facilities are added to the course. There are some elective courses offered with the graduation. In the elective courses there are also lack of faculties.

Night Life

3

There was no nightlife in this college. The day scholars were only allowed during the college timings after the college timings we can't go inside the college. The residents of the host were not allowed to go outside the college campus there is so much of restrictions on the girls of the hostels. There is a cafeteria in the campus which was named it built in my times.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum can be related a fairly relevant and mandatory comprehensive. While it covers the fundamental concepts required for the subject there is still scope for including more practical, skill oriented and industry focused content. Updating the curriculum regularly with current trends and real world applications would make it even more effective and beneficial for student
