- I like the campus , teachers , faculty members. They all are very helpful and friendly.the teachers over here is cooperative and always ready to help you out whenever you are in need .
- All things are good, there were many festivals our college used to arrange.so many seminars also happened for students awareness.
- I chose this college mainly because of two things , which were college fee and the quality of teaching.
Dislikes
- I don't like the bathroom.. not clean all the time so please check on that
- The faculty or students ratio is good but it should be improved.otherwise all things are good .
- I don't like the college time.like 10 am to 4 pm . All day going in college is not easy for students who wants to earn something.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is over-all was very effective, we were taught all the subjects which was necessary for our filed areas. There were subjects which is helping me in my corporate life. Exams were also good for knowledge instead of just hampering the mind of students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The total fee structure for pg botany is 62,100 rupees . I am hostelers so hostel fee for jamshedpur women university Is 2500 for month . Like for my batchmates pg maths students fee structure is 7,680 total fee and annual fee structure is 2,560 . And for chemistry pg students fee structure is 7,910 total fee and annual fee is 4,430. I like to appreciate that all the teachers are very cooperative and sensible. I have made many friends as they all are very friendly and helpful. Now taking about scholarship or financial aid so there is no scholarship or any financial aid for general students . The faculty or students ratio is good but it should be improved.The teacher over here is cooperative and always ready to help you out whenever you are in need . I like rupali ma'am my HOD who I preferred her the most cooperative and understanding. The college time of pg students is mostly 10 am to 4 pm . And there are hostels nearby which is very affordable. The hostel fee is also very affordable like 2500 per month in which food all your essentials things .there are markets nearby where you can buy anything which you want . There is a very huge library in campus.
Campus Life
The college fest is also organised by our college authority every year in the month of February and at a very high level. Sports are also given preference in this college. Extracurriculum activites are also given preferences over studies.
Hostel Facilities
In hostel there is a six sitter bed and there are study table provided shelfs. In morning we got our breakfast by 9 pm they give roti sbji , Chowmin, pasta , poha , edli chutney sambhar , etc In afternoon by 1:15 they provide proper food dal chawal sbji salad pickles . And by evening 5 pm they provide tea and biscuits. By 8 pm they give dinner in which roti dal chawal sbji whatever you want to eat you can eat.
Admission
I have applied for the near by college of mine karim city college and also there is confirmation to take admission into that college but I preferred Jamshedpur Women's university over this college as it budget friendly. Yes I have rejected by Xavier's College Ranchi as I don't fulfill the criteria of marks as they require . Admission is direct ( Merit based ). Like you have to take admission in ug then your marks should be good in intermediate . You can easily go for admission after merit list .
Faculty
The faculty or students ratio is good but it should be more improved. I like most of the faculty members all are good friendly and helping in nature . I like rupali ma'am she is my HOD. She is very Helpful and kindly teacher.
Night Life
There are two hostel campus in Jamshedpur Women's university. One is C.V raman hostel other one is Mahadevi Verma hostel .both are very affordable and clean . The monthly fee of this hostel is 2500 . Food in the hostel is good . And the hygiene and cleanliness are attractive.
