Course Curriculum Overview
Now the central council has introduced CBDC curriculum i.e Competency Based Dynamic Curriculum. Faculty should teach students with practical approach and make the use of modern technology for teaching students.
Internships Opportunities
As my college is BAMS college it has one year compulsary internship programme for permanent registration as doctor. Internship programme for first six month is college hospital another three months at civil hospital or rural hospital and last 3 month at PHC.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees -As I took admission in 2020 my college fee was rs 1,49,000 per year with devolopmental fee of rs15,000 for 1st year which increased 10,000 per year. The duration of course for my batch was 4.5 years so I paid 4 years plus 6 months fees . I was eligible for OBC scholarship from maharashtra government so half of my college fees was paid by government. The college dmfee inckude all tge charges and tgere is no caution money There is no scheme for hostel fees for me. All categories get benefit for college fees as alloted/stated by government if they secure seat through CAP round.
Campus Life
All festivals like ganesh utsav ,janmashtmi,navratri and of course new year celebration are celebrated in college campus. The library contains around 3000-5000 books also it has facility of e-library. All sports are played here. Extracurricular activities like drawing,poster competition,elocution are taken on various occassions.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are good enough. It has 3 floors ,It provides very spacios rooms . The rooms have premium floors,with plaster to the walls. One tubelight,single fan and two charging points for mobile or other electronic stuff Two windows for one room each protected with mosquito net. Each room accomodates 2 students. 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets on each floor
Admission
I choose this college this college because it was close to my hometown (30 km away from my hometown). I didnt get rejection from any college as this college was my 1st priority in choice filling. The admission process of my college is by NEET exam and counselling process by cet cell after result of NEET and through all India counselling .
Faculty
There are 2 teachers for batch of 60 students and 3 teachers for batch of 100 students. The faculty -student relation is freindly and tgey help us understand concepts of course clearly. There are 2 to 3 internal exams and one final university exam.
Night Life
There are no such hangout places but campus is full of greenary ,various trees ,lawns. Open gym equipments are provided alongside playground. Cafeteria offers some basic snacks . Hostel in timing for girls is 7pm and for boys 9 pm.
