there is separate buildings for the courses like bcom students have their own department and bba has their own and bca also.
there is good clean environment around students seems to enjoy the place .
there is cafeteria also. sports mathches between colleges

Dislikes

electricity shortage , in summer there so much electricity cut off.
departments arent that big so there isnt lot to see
picnics are so rare to happen thats the worse part

Course Curriculum Overview

i like computer and its technilogy so thats why i chose this course . i wanted to learn computer programing so thats why bca was perfect course for me . we are not getting enogh time to master one programming language i think teacher should use live projectors use some website . and use of ai for better teaching with programming language as its more easier for students to understand

Fees and Financial Aid

the fee structure varies with the degree courses u selected as for me mine is bca so mine is 22k and for others courses its between 12k to 14k per year . as for other facilities like cafteria u have to pay seperately and there is no change of fee between any categories of my batchmates .there is a scolarship like pmsss where student with good score in 12th . doesnt have to pay all his expensises are covered in the scholarship.

Campus Life

there isnt much club activites . students arent interested in club activities . there is library for students . students can issue books for themselves for period of time. there are smart screens in every classroom . specially in bca department. we have projectores and smart screen with led

Admission

i chose this college because i was left with one choice . i chose others too but didnt get the chance . i gave the cuet exam conducted by nta and applied for various colleges with different courses but i get the chance here first so i took it. u can free your seat if u are getting a change if u not want here u can skip that and wait for other college seats to appear .

Faculty

the ratio between girls and boys are 1:3. surroundings are nice . i like bcom faculty much because there are lot of students there so much people around i dont like bba cuz not that much strength. there two types of exams held in one semester first are minor which held after 2 months after starting of semester and after that there are major exams which are held after 5 months of semester.

Night Life

there is no gym in the college bht there is livrary and hostel timing of closing is 8 pm students can hangout in bage bahu fort mam stadium parafe ground there is lot of hangout places. mini parks around

My college review

Course Curriculum Overview:

Beacuse of advancements in technology. I personaly got attracted towards it. And as i investigate about it .i saw decent facilities in our university. Which provide such quality education so we could get prepared for outdoor tasks. The only thing which needs improvement are regular upgrades in softwares and hardware tools. As i already mentioned earlier our exams are held almost once in a week and papers are in between hard and easy.

As the world is totaly dependent on machines and I don't want to be behind that is why I opted for this course..In our college there was no methods by which they can prepare us for real world problem... There is a space for large improvement in our college..the frequency of exams per year was 2 with each paper having a timing of 2 hours..

Good college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I interested in computers since when I am in the 8th class. I scored high marks in school in computer subjects. then I realized I choose this course in college. and I perform well in this course. because if anyone goes to the computer field and is interested in computers they should take this course. the faculty is 35:1 in my class. the good teachers teach every subject very well I understand properly and the good staff of the college helps every student with their dought sessions and practice more questions. good teachers and yeah there is a total of 14 teachers in my management and 13 for other management. but teachers are well polite and disciplined. the exams are held after 6 months there is a 3-year course with 6 semesters so every year there is 2 semester so the exam is held after 6 months and the second exam is held after six months. the exam must be not difficult but moderate-level questions.

A college for all

Remarks:

Campus life was good when it comes to education, debates, symposiums etc. However if you talk about diversity, during my tenure the ratio was roughly 90:10 which was really less. There were countable girls in our college that led to so many fights because not every lion can get his mate, so to say . MaM college has been notorious for thesebkind of incidents. Mostly students from Arts sections weren't much into education and more into becoming heroes for the miinimal diversity. The administration didn't do anything to change this image of he college. In fact even the political unions of students were into such actions of supporting goons n all. Sometimes I have seen outsiders coming in and beating up the students over simple incidents.

in jammu i chose this college because it is coeducation and in the other college coeducation is not available and in some the distance is far from my home. that's why i chose this college and to be honest that i selected this college is that it is near my computer classes. no i don't get rejection from other colleges i applied to. even i passed the cuet entrance test where i got good marks but due to personal reasons i didn't go for study outside jammu. i always feels regret for this. but in this college the admission is on my merit based not on any entrance test. first admision is on the basis of merit then on the basis of cuet entrance test .
