Course Curriculum Overview

We learn based on real world scenarios. So we are getting prepared for real world applications. Industrial visits are there where we are taken to show how things work in daily life . Frequency of exams are 3 internals in each semester and they are quite easy or mostly Moderate.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience

After 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Average package is around 4lpa. Companies like TCS Infosys come for placements. Most students around 60% get placed. While rest go for higher studies or outside interviews.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly we pay 1.5 lakh . Same fee .there is no increase. Registration fee for exams around 5000 . Hostel fee is 110000 . Ssp scholarship is available for students. For government Kota fee is little less around 1lakh.

Campus Life

Yearly 1 fest takes place. All other events like kannada rajyotsava take place grandly. Library has adequate books of wide variety. It is accessible at all times. Sports of different kinds like archery are all available and most students participate.

Admission

I also applied to rnsit bit vit . But dint get them as counselling was late and delayed. So I took admission from Don Bosco to avoid Missing any classes . admission process is simple . Staff are friendly and make things easy.

Faculty

There are enough faculty. Lab takes place in batches so there are adequate staff. I overall like all faculty. There's not particularly anyone I dislike. There are 3 exams internals in each semester and 1 semester exam . It has both theory and practical.

Night Life

Cafeteria is present and one canteen is also present. Hostel timings are quite strict . We can go in and out only from 6am to 6pm. After which we can't enter. Famous hangout places are there are lot of hotels and restaurants nearby . They are all great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say academic wise. There is nothing much happening right now in first year, but then there are many events like hackathons happening where and we can participate and learn a lot even our first year and we have English film and Japanese film, which is basically a whole language club and there are a lot of activities happening such as debate and all, which is obviously helping us gain a lot of public speaking skills and confidence.

Definately i choosen the wrong college because I don't have options because I wrote Jee mains and I scored 89 percentile but I am from general category since I have no reservation the cut off missed by 1 percentile I was hoping that I will clear jee die to that I didn't concentrate on kcet due to that it came the worst result so I was getting only civil, mechanical by kcet that to same college Don Bosco Bangalore college then I applied for comed k in that I got ok ok result but there my bad luch in 1st round I got Swami Vivekananda College Puttur , in 2md doubt Don Bosco institute of technology so I hope that in 3rd round some how I will get upgrade but didn't get in COMEDK if u got ill 3rd round then the fees is not refunded so there is no option...Read More
