Miet review as a first year student

The course is good and in the first year there are common subject everywhere And yes the only focus here is to score big in the exams and not anything else The exams are very frequent here and difficulty is also a plus point which makes its students good in academics till semester

College provides internship that is all I know in this category as I've not been enrolled in any of them but I know that companies like tcs ,etc visits the campus and provides various internship opportunities for the students

Campus placements are there but the thing is that there are lot of mass recruitments and not the package that a student deserves after studying for a whole 4 years so most of the students apple for off campus placements

Year wise fee structure is 123013 rupees for first year and 117000 for the next 3 years including everything except registration which is worth 1k And for examination 1k is charged There is an option to apply for scholarship also

Infrastructure is not up to my expectations I personally didn't like their infrastructure at all but campus life is pretty average I must say although my opinions comply only for the first year as from second year the students shifts to another building which is pretty good

We'll i didn't get to enter the college I dreamt for so there was an option of this college for me as it was in my city only so my parents told me to get enrolled in this college only although it was not in my list at all

Overall the faculty is brilliant as well as experienced . Interaction between students and teachers is good as teachers themselves form very good relationships with students Teachers like dr.Ramesh Dhiman and Mr.Prashant Jindal are phenomenal at their jobs There are going to be many exams as 2 times sessionals 1 time put( pre university test) and every Monday a unit test before semester ends

I don't know much about hostels as I am a day scholar but all I know about Gym is that yeah there exists a gym but not in a good condition while the library is pretty awesome and cafeteria is average too but here everything is at very affordable prices without compromising the quality
