Course Curriculum Overview
The course it actually good. The curriculum is well framed. It give us good knowledge and helps us to prepare for further academic progress. But teaching method should be improved... Sorry I mean teaching should be started first of all????
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure for my department is 60,000 for a year. And they collect exam fee separately which is 2,000-2,500. For SC/ST/MBC they give financial aid. For the merit holders they give scholarship of 3,000-5,000
Campus Life
Many events are conducted in this college every now and then. Some are Banking Blitz, Pongal Mela, ZEPHYR, Math Maven and many other events. The college has 2 libraries 2 ground for sports etc. There are many clubs like Literature Club, Environment Club, Consumer Citizen Club
Admission
I applied to few colleges. And the reason why I selected this college is to pursue CMA because this college is near to my institute. The eligibility criteria is so simple in this college. That is even if u get 50-55% in 12th you can secure a seat here
Faculty
The faculty student relationship is very poor. The faculties don't know anything and they will never be able to clear students doubt. Especially if you are doing CA/CMA/CS like professional courses they make you to take the class. They favour for students who work for them and give them the exam question paper. There is nothing called best faculty for me. And I don't like any faculty there. There are 3 exams for a semester including the main semester exam. Many students fail to clear the exams because of the lethargic approach of both the students and faculties. Say for Direct Tax is a sum paper. One can only understand it when the provisions are explained clearly. Here nothing will be explained and they tell you just to by heart the provisions in it. What's the funniest thing is a faculty in my department has just started to talk in English. Idk how he survived these many years without even knowing english.
Interview Experience
No there was nothing like group discussion or written test for the admission. You just have to apply and wait for a month. They will call u and inform you about the admission. Further to that your academic records will be verified and you will be given admission
Night Life
There are many places nearby college like Gym, Park, Restaurant, Bar, and many small cafeteria. Inside college they have 3 cafeteria/canteen. No hostel facility is given by college. It is safe to roam in and around college after college hours
