Course Curriculum Overview

5

Speaking about course curriculum that had a different story like I wanted to become a doctor and I belong to a biology background in my puc but I had some health issues that's the reason I couldn't attend my NEET exam also I couldn't waste one complete year so that's the reason I chose BCA. But once I joined I realised tat it was that difficult and it actually became my interest. Curriculum provides a set of courses where students can first understand about each course and then look into the courses and select any of those depending on their interest. So I feel that's required and that's very important for every student. I would suggest to give a demo to students which means to tell them wat all a particular course has, what all students can take, and to tell them which career opportunities which course provides. We had 60 marks paper with 2.3 hours of time it wasn't that difficult only if uh are prepared. Again it all depends on the preparation and hard work of the students. The question paper is made considered the average students as well. So it wasn't that difficult until you get familiar with the subjects.

Fees and Financial Aid

It was a great college as we got all the teachers support, guidance and teaching. College environment was too good, with greenery that made it more attractive. I suggest everyone to join this college. Yes it is strict but the teachings is totally different from other colleges which makes it even more different and unique. Joining this college made my life.

Campus Life

As I told the only thing I dislike about the college was there were no extra curriculum activities except the sports day, that was held in August or September. The library has a wide range of books, newspaper and magazines which fascinated meh. The classes had white boards and markers which was a very good thing unlike the chakk piece board which creates dust. Sports day was amazing as it had different sports being conducted but no other cultural fests were conducted. There were help by different combination students but not for BCA

Admission

I did not apply to any other college. As I was running late. I was stuck in whether I have to wait for year or should I proceed which wasted my time and I reached deadline. As my cousin studied here and suggested me to join this college I chose this college itself. As I told I never applied to any other colleges as I was running late. All we had to do is visit the college speak to the HOD and collect an application form. There's no such thing like keeping marks criteria or keeping any exams. It's all like first come and first serve. Once the seats are full they won't consider any other student even if he/she is a topper. Fill the form submit a few documents with photos and pay the admission fee. Also they provide the fee to be paid in installments.

Every teacher of my college was good,we had a great bond. They never distinguish between any of the students and treat everyone equally. My favourite was Anjum ma'am but she left the top soon. But her teaching and guiding ways were too different from all and in my 2nd year we had a new teacher Ayesha Ruhi ma'am, she was also amazing. Her teaching level was too different and even an average student could understand everything very easily. She created a very interactive environment where every student could be attentive paying all their attention. And coming to exams we had internals before the finals. So the internal marks are important. Both practicals and theory we have internal assessments before having our final semester exams. Clearing this exam depends on students preparation. Sometimes evryone would pass, sometimes a few would hv failed it used to vary. Course curriculum was amazing.

Night Life

5

There was only Library which was opened at 10:00am till evening 4:00pm no other thing was there. There was no hostel. Campus was opened till evening as the timings for different combination students was different. Inside the college near the trees, near the parking area was a good place to sit and chit chat with friends, outside the college there was lal bagh but v hv never been there!

Placement Experience:

The college provides placements. Students who are in 6th semester of their degree courses are eligible for campus placements provided by the college. A lot of IT companies regularly walk in for job drive with annual package of 3-6 LPA. The college provides basic placement support, but employability mostly depends on individual skill development. After completing the degree, I plan to pursue higher studies or improve technical skills to get better career opportunities.

Students will be eligible for internships from the fourth sem of their course. There are many big companies who have visited the campus and made really good offers but if you want a good package the level of difficulty to get into this will also be high. The average package for BCA is 3,00,000 per annum. As per University information their placement rate is 91 percent. After getting the degree I'll be looking for a good company to work for and gain my knowledge.
