Course Curriculum Overview

5

The respect and money offcourse. It really does help us to understand all the practical and clinical aspects of medicine before we go into the internship and practice them first hand. I don't think it can be much better than it is right now. Weekly, after 2-3 months and yearly (proffs). They are very difficult to pass so we need to study hard

Internships Opportunities

5

Internship is offered by the college itself and the stipend is around 25k right now. I think it will be around 35k by the time I enter internship. Projects and tasks are simple to treat patients and diagnose diseases.

Placement Experience

5

You need to complete your internship and the placement is provided by the UP government itself you don't need to worry about it. Everyone gets the same package with is around 12 to 14 LPA (including incentives). All those who complete their internship get a package so I would say 100%(if you pass all exams and complete internship). Plans after getting degree is to pursue Post Graduation in medicine.

Fees and Financial Aid

1st year - 42000 afterwards 35000 including mess charges. SC ST category fees is 10000 less. My college is Mahatma Vidur Autonomous State Medical College, Bijnor which is affiliated to ABVMU Lucknow. It started in 2024 and has 100 students. It comes under state government. Scholarships are available for research.

Campus Life

5

We don't have any name for fest yet as it would be the first fest ever as the college is new. It will be held in February. All the modern facilities are there like smart board ,centrally air conditioning etc. We have a huge ground which is not yet prepared but once prepared it will be great. We have sports equipments and gym equipments. The gym is not yet functional but it will be soon. We don't have clubs or groups yet as it has been only 2 months since the college started but we will have everything soon.

Hostel Facilities

3

You get an almirah, a bed, a mattress, a table and a chair. Along with this you get a fan and 3 LED tubelights. The room is double sharing ,i.e., there are two people in one room. The mess is not really good right now the food sucks and we are planning on changing the mess people so no need to worry about it either. The registration is done on the time of admission itself. The college is situated far from city so I don't think renting a PG would be a good idea. The college has great hostels anyway so no need to spend money on PG. Giving 3 stars for poor Mess facilities.

Admission

The admission takes place through counselling done by NMC. So I applied for alot of colleges and this was the one I got so really didn't had much of a choice in the matter. Exam is NEET exam. The cut off was around 650-655 in 2024. The admission experience was smooth and i didn't face any difficulty in it.

Faculty

4

Faculty to student ratio is around 1:1 right now as the college is new. The relationship is great. I liked Dr. Vidit Dixit, Dr. Alok Tripathi, Dr. Sudhanshu, Dr. Arun and lastly Dr. Piyush. The former 2 being anatomy professors, dr. Sudhanshu of physio and later 2 of biochem. There are a lot of exams - weekly terminal pre proff and proff and they are tough to pass

Interview Experience

5

NEET exam was there. I prepared for it from Allen Coaching Institute. It was really tough to clear this exam as 24 lakh aspirants give it every year. But I cleared it and got a good rank of 15k to get admission into my college

Night Life

5

Gym is not functional yet as I told we have a cafeteria, common rooms for having fun, library is almost done I think it will be operational by 7 days or so. Hostels are just marvelous they are the best thing about this college the rooms are so big you can literally play cricket inside and they are very neat and clean. It is safe to roam inside as there are walls with fences and a lot of gaurds who are ex armymen.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When I was in 2nd class then on report card I have to write which is your aim in future or what you want to become in future . Then there I I choose that I want to become a doctor and from then I I have dream that I become eligible doctor . Second doctor is very noble profession and it is my honour that I am serving the people and save the lives of the people . This profession teaches me a lot like how to cope with the situations and how to react very quickly in every situation . It help us to improve our skills and also our mental health and makes a strong mentally and emotionally .. I should suggest that there is a improvement in online lectures also provided for the MBBS course because there is little bit difficulty in the college to go there and study there because some scarcity of faculties in the college so qualitative education is not provided as it should be provided. The MBBS course offers four exams which are little bit hard to clear and there is little difficulty in clearing the exam. The timing of the exam is from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.. The terminal occurs at the gap of 3 months while the pre professional exam and the professional exam occur at the gap of 1 month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my dream destination career wise to choose MBBS . MBBS connects you to life and death the two most important aspects of being a human on this planet . Having a power to cure someone and make people smile and live again with health is something else. As in our India the population to doctor ratio is very less hence it's important for the young generation to understand and evaluate the decision of serving the country this way. MBBS is dream for many but reality for very few students all over the country. But the people reaching here face toxic culture also , as prestigious it is as disturbing sometimes it becomes , people over here do not understand the mental health of others So this aspect should be taken in to care and medicos should be handled with care by the society, government and also the seniors . The exams are big rat race , but it's really satisfying as a reader as you get to study and read a lot about medicine . So choose MBBS but not toxicity make your mind that you ll make it beautiful for yourself and also for your batchmates and juniors as well .
