Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is making you market ready and industry ready where it includes subjects like communication skills and personality development. The curriculum is focused only on jobs and not on startup , this is the only thing which college should change

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 91400 per year

Internships Opportunities

The government and private companies do provide internships and college also helps you to find your first internship and then you have to find the next one. The companies do trust our college for good skill students.

Placement Experience

70-80 % students got placement and if study seriously then you can take a decent placement and if you are unable to get a placement, you can also apply in off campus where the college supports you and make arrangements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fees is 90000 per year and if you want hostels,then you have to pay 30100rs with examination fees of 2000 every semester exam. The mess charges are on attendance basis in the hostel which comes around 2500 per month.

Campus Life

The experience was too good where you get support from seniors and the college having its own gym where the college students get free access and every sports facilities are available. The college supports you and encourage you in sports field.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are well maintained and there are 2 first year boys hostels and 1 first year girls hostel and 1 hostel for 2nd,3rd and 4th year boys students and 1 hostel for girls student. The mess food is decent where I can say is you can live by eating this.

Hostel Fee: INR 30100 per year

Admission

The college i choose because the rank which I got is less and I want a government college where you can have scholarship so the only college which is close to a big city(bhopal) is this college and have the oldest alumni network.

Faculty

Faculties are very supportive and have the best methods to teach. The curriculum is making you market ready and teachers are helping you and solving your academic and non academic doubts whenever you feel.

Interview Experience

No I didn't face any group decussion I just ask to my parents and I give the jee main exam my rank is not good but I tried to best to do then I get this college in my based on rank by mpdte counselling in first round is not clear but then I reagain apply on upgrade first round then I get admission on this college

Night Life

The night life is not so good as the hostel are closed by 10:00PM and the city also not having any life life which you can enjoy here. The only thing is you can do in night is you can enjoy with your friends in hostel itself

Life at OIST, Bhopal

Placement Experience:

In our college, placements take place in the final year of the course. By 7th semester, students are eligible to sit for placements. The placement opportunities are quite decent, an average package consists of 5 - 6 LPA every year. Several companies visit our campus like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Cisco, etc. Now, startups also started to visit for placements. Highest package has been 72 LPA, and every year in off campus as well, many students achieve high package like 8 - 12 LPA. Nearly 70% of students gets placed, also some students has other plans for their future. About me, I think of going for placements in my final year for which I have started preparation.

Excellent college and unbeatable placement

Placement Experience:

After 10th semester the student are available for campus placement Cap Gemini kpit Amazon apple and Google and many other companies are visited in my call is the average package of my college is 6 lakh and the highest package of my colleges 50 lakh about 17% students are getting of placement plan in the student a job is in the Google company average salary from reviews include that the average salary can be low despite Google placement are management of few reviews point out that the management is not always a student focused and from spectrum of the colleges operations could be improved college provider placement as compared to other colleges but college management are not good our very helpful for our students our colleges are very good and and facilities of placement but our colleges are not available in pure water in and drink not available in not available drinking water

The placements are good and offer strong opportunities for both full time roles and internships. Students are eligible for placements from 2nd year. Most companies approach from 3rd year. Many reputed companies visit the campus for placements, inluding D.E Shaw, Goldmann Sachs, Flipkart, Meesho, Accenture. Many people are placed from college from cse, ece from other branches its quite less. Overall the placement ecosystem is highly supportive and prepares students for their professional careers.

I was sad because i have scored less percentile in JEE mains and taught that i wouldn't getting government college then i filled counselling of M.P state and got this college to choose then i have found some reasons like i have told you above that it is a government college and very old so have a strong alumini network then i saw location and Vidisha is close to a metro city which is a good advantage as bhopal is future tech hub as some startups are getting bigger here. So i taken this college. I have made mind of JEC Jabalpur and SATI and in Jabalpur i am not getting any CSE branch so have taken here admission.
