Insightful and Thoughtful Review

The course curriculum is not updated according to the new education system so they should change the syllabus according to the new technology. There are two exams per semester minor and major. The exam is not so difficult if anyone has basic knowledge about their syllabus they can easily pass the exam. The timing of exam is 2 hour for minor and 3 hour for major exam. In B.Tech there are 2 minor and 1 major exam.

Many companies offer internship like tech and non tech both. Companies like To The New, 75 ways technologies, QSS Technosoft, MG Motors and many startup companies. They provide internship for 4-6 month with average stipend of 20k per month. I have also a internship in non tech company Edustation pvt. Limited, Banglore eith stipend of 20,000 for 6 month after that they provide PPO(pre placement offer) on performance basis.

The placement record is not so good. The students are eligible for placement in final year. The companies visited to campus is IBM, Accenture and other startup companies. The highest placement package for MCA is 10 lpa and average package is 4 lpa.

The registration fees for MCA is 2500 which is not included 8n course fees. The yearly fees for MCA was 66,300/- including all charges(security fees is 5000 which is refundable) for all categories and scholarship is 58000/- for General , 52,700/- for OBC and 1,20,000/- for SC/ST students for only those students who got admission till 2023. The students who got admission in 2024 are paying 1,22,000/- per year. If any student want to take loan for study he can take from the SBI bank near the college. Besides that not any other financial aid or scholarship available for MCA students. The hostel fees for all students is 24,300/- per year and mess fees is 18,000/- per semester. Means total of 60,300/- per year. The students who opted for hostel getting a scholarship of additional 5000/-. The hostel security fees is 5000 which is refundable after you left the hostel.

The name of society for MCA (IT) department is CSSE( Computer Society of Software Engineers). They held program two times per year. One is technical and other is social program. The other sport activity is CSA activities. This is common sport activity for overall university. The library is not so big as this is a state government University but overall good. There are also smart classes with board classes. There are many society for each department.

The room is shared based. The two students have to share the room. The room has two bed, two table, two chair, and one fan and also almirah. The room size is 8*8 feet. The food quality is average, they also provide egg once a week for non vegetarian. Everyday of the week has different menu, they provide breakfast at 08:00-09:30, lunch at 01:00-02:30, snacks at 05:30-06:30, and dinner timing is 08:00-09:30. Registration process is simple for hostel if any student want to take hostel he has to fill a form along with registration form for course during admission time. Rooms are also available for students near the university at best cost. Tiffin services are also available for PG students.

I also applied for Lovely Professional University, Punjaband selected for MCA course but I chose Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur because this is Government university and placement record is much better than LPU. I also applied for IET, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh but couldn't took admission in that because the application form of IET, Lucknow is pending and I took admission in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur and when the last date of admission withdrawal is closed for Mmmut then the application form for IET is opened. The admission process of Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur has following steps- 1. Applied for CUET PG exam 2. Applied for MMMUT, Gorakhpur through official website(registration fees 2500/- non refundable) 3. Cutoff for all category 4. If your marks are more than cutoff marks you can get admission

All the faculties are so good as they take their classes properly. The course structure is lenient as all students can pass if they have basic knowledge about their subject. The exam is written based and there are 2 exams minor and major and practical.

There were not any Group discussion or interview or written test for admission. The admission is taken based on CUET PG exam cut off marks. For taking admission in Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, Gorakhpur 1. CUET PG exam 2. Fill application form through official website of MMMUT 3. Cleared University Cut off marks I halve prepared for CUET PG exam through online youtube course and paid test series both provided by Impetus Gurukul.

The late night is not possible for the students of this university because the main gate is closed at 10 PM in night and open at 5 AM in morning because of security reason. So we have to go out for party we have to come back at hard 10 pm after that they do not open the gate at any case. The gym is running in two times per day 5 am aand 7 pm. Cafeteria is open late 3 am in night if any student fill hungry he can get fast food or any items in night. Hostel is also closed at 10 pm in night for first and second year students. The famous hangout place is Nauka Vihar which is around 5 km away from university. The locality is safe to roam at night as their is police station near the university.
