Sonu P. Shah's Review On Tatva Institute Of Technological Studies - [TITS], Modasa

The college is Good for study. The management is Good for students' study and also for extracurricular activities. But the strictness should be decreased little. For the students' Freedom. So that students can study freely.

I taken JEE and I got 56 marks out of 360. My rank was 15000 in Gujarat. As I got 72 percentile in Board exams. I wanted to choose mechanical or Civil branch. But it was difficult to get mechanical at such poor rank and specially for open Category candidate. And I was easily selected in civil engineering in TITS, Modasa and also my second choice was civil this lead me to choose civil in Tatva, Modasa.

The civil engineering course is very very good. The scope of research in this curriculum is very Broad. The faculties in our college are all experienced and qualified. They are fully interested to teach us the course. Also the college regularity is very strictly followed!

I have not done the internship yet. As I am in 5th sem now. But I am trying to learn the field work from a civil engineer at the site. And the experience is awesome. It feels fully different from the book knowledge.

Placements are held oftenly in Tatva college. There are many companies like L&T, R&B, GNDC etc. come for the placement. There is the Job opportunities for that who is qualified enough for the Job. The companies give the package of 2 to 4 lakh per annum at starting base.

This college holds many of festivals like technical, Cultural festivals, Fresher's parties.etc. These festival is limited to college only. The cul-fests and parties are oftenly arranged by the college. And the huge participation is done in these festivals. Even the huge numbers of girls participate in these type of the festivals. These festivals increase the extra curricular skills of the students.

Yes, there is Good scholarship available for the students One who is under reservation criteria can avail about 10000 per year. This is enough to have for a student to spend a year. And one can avail loan from many banks available here. There are many banks in Modasa that gives study loans at low interest for students.

The campus life is overall Good. We remain in classroom more than the campus(canteen, etc). The gender ratio is 40 to 100.There is the free environment for girls and boys. There is no tolerance here Ragging doesn't happen anyway Our college is good for such extracurricular activities like sports. Faculties always empower students to take part in extracurricular activities like sports, debates, Group discussion, Quiz, and many other competitions that are held oftenly in the college campus.

There is no hostels provided by the college. But many hostels are available in the city. The Mess food of that hostels is OK according to the fees. I will rate it 7 out of 10! In case of PG, the average rent is 5000 per flat, or 1000-1200 per student per

The seniors are very much useful to junior students and seniors are very helpy to juniors. The seniors treat us like friends. I wanted to take part in the college football team. and wanted to play the football for the Tatva. Then I took help of seniors And voila I am now in our college's football team. In all activities the seniors are really very helpful to juniors.
