About Sabar Institute of Technology for Girls
Sabar Institute of Technology for Girls (SITG), Sabarkantha was established in 2007 under Prayas Foundation. It is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU), Ahmedabad and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The mission of the institute is to Create and sustain a community of learning In which students acquire knowledge and learn to apply it professionally with due consideration for ethical, social, economical, technological and sustainability issues. The vision of the institute is to build leaders of future by imparting meaningful and conscientious learning through quality education & provide proper skill set, direction and momentum to their creativity and create responsible global citizen. It is located at Himmatnagar on NH-8 in Sabarkantha, Gujarat and situated 12km from Prantij railway station.

Available for both boys and girls separately with accommodation capacity of 700 male and 40 female students. |
Events & Festival
Spandan - It is a national level techno cultural festival of the institute.
Annual Day - The annual day celebration of the institute comprises of various cultural events like dance performances, drama, competitions etc.

The College Kho-Kho Team were the winners of GTU Championship 2012-13, 2013-14, GTU Zone 2 Championship 2012-13, 2013-14 in Kho-Kho Competition

The College Handball Team were the winners in GTU Kabaddi Championship 2013-14

The College Handball Team were the Runners-up in GTU Handball Championship 2012-13
- The College Athletic Team brought 5 Gold Medals, 6 Silver Medals and 5 Bronze Medals in 1st Athletics Championship 2013-14

Admission:
My admission process is like that 1st apply for an online form then they call me and we go to submit the document last I pay fees and finish my admission process. maybe that time cut-off was 55% to take admission
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is spread across 4 years of duration and designed in such a way that students are prepared for more than just bookish knowledge. It aims at preparing students so that they can actually provide real solutions to real-life problems.
Placement Experience:
. My seniors got placements, about more than 60% students are placed. The lowest salary is 15k and highest salary is 45k. The major companies from Hyderabad have visited for the placements like engineering companies ( I have not remembered about the companies who visited our college). Junior engineer roles are offered to the students. 67% students got the internship, but there is no stipend provided to the students.
Placement Experience:
Good, Even Google Arrived for Placement and they finalized some of the student. But I don't know whether they joined Google or not.
