What Students Say

Likes

The computer labs which we used for coding and other labs were excellent,the systems were up to date and performed amazing without any issues
The class rooms were maintained in a very neat way
The bathrooms were good when I came to 3rd yr

Dislikes

The bathrooms weren't that good and smelled for which we've complained to the hod so they've repaired them
The faculty were sometimes not upto the mark
The college premises weren't that maintained and only cleaned only during the time of inspection

Course Curriculum Overview

Regarding the course I took it cause it was newly introduced a year back and many of my well wishers were adamant in me choosing the course as it would be helpful for me to build my future in the software field and hel me in building my profile

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Salesforce and infosys come to clg for providing an internship with no stipend, the internship includes clearing tests and listening to classes and then doing the modules that they provide in their website

Placement Experience

In our clg placement is only available for the students who have no backlogs and score 7 and sons cgpa, the minimum package a student can get in our clg is 6lpa, highest was 12lpa, in my time in clg i have noticed a 40% of students being placed, me personally I plan to do my masters after my BTech

Fees and Financial Aid

Me personally I had pay 1 lakh every yr and I was not eligible for any scholarship as my mum works in a software company,the yearly fees doesn't include other fees like the exam fee of 1500 also we had to pay 15000 extra as jntuh fee Compared to management seat students their fees was 2 lakh and above without including jntuh fee and exam fee

Campus Life

We have one sports event and one tech fest that will be held every year and alternate year they hold an annual day which goes on till midnight, there are no social groups or clubs in our clg and even students show no interest in them

Admission

We had EAMCET system and I have applied in 4 colleges which were in the top 5 and wasn't accepted in any of them in the first time as i was a non local and then i tried my luck in the second time and fight placed in mrcet clg

Faculty

The exams were not bad but the students who were close to the lecturers got question papers and imp questions while the others had no way of knowing them,many teachers were approachable and were good with the students and due to personal reasons I will not be naming them

Night Life

Ee have a gym in clg and frankly it isn't good, it reels of sweat and other bad odour, after class all the students who live in hostels go back to their rooms immediately and the day scholars Sir under the trees for shade and water until the buses arrive to reach home

Placement Experience:

From 3.1 the students of the campus are eligible for placements and faculty also helps us in guiding regarding the placemnsts and stuff . There are various number of companies like tcs , Accenture , google ,Microsoft ,next wave and etc . The offered packages are full like our seniors are 100 percent placed from the campus . The highest package of last year senior is 14lpa.my plans after getting degree is to work in the company which I have been placed

My BTech experience at CMR Technical Campus 21-25 batch

Placement Experience:

Around 40% to 50% of students get placed in entire college. It is totally based on the skill of the student if students has very good skill training and placement officer also offers to apply for companies which only takes skilled students the college is totally computer science and only one section has ECE which is comparatively has less placements compared to other deparments since there is no computer science background this is the drawback for taking Electronics and Communication but if students are skilled in the Electronics backgroung Veda IIT which provides internship and job oppurtunities in VLSI and Embedded Systems but the student has to be a skilled person in the electronics subjects.
