Review on CIPET-IPT Ahmedabad

Course curriculum is good. This includes all the subjects in deep and through way. Includes practical as well as theoretical knowledge with internal and external viva. They even provided options to select the subject according to their interests and importance of the subjects.

I have done 3 internships in my graduation degree. 2 internships are in the curriculum and 1 i did in my semester break. There is a subject in 3-6 semester for project work which is also reviewed in the end of the semester.

In final year students are eligible for placement process. And Internships and industrial training in pre final year. Eligibility criteria is given by the recruiting companies. Companies like Hero motocorp, Adani wilmar, Amul, Syntex, SMT, Lohia corp etc come for recruitment. Highest package is around 10-11 LPA. And average package ranges from 4-5 LPA. Around 80-85% students get placed.

Yearly Fee structure includes: 65000 course fee 1100-800 exam fee, changes according to even semester and odd semesters 20000 hostel fee (10000 per semester) 2780 mess fee per month Students can apply for loans or scholarship based on their preferences and eligibility. Loan amount includes course fee, hostel fee and other miscellaneous fee. While scholarship provides approx 60-70% of the yearly fee.

There are various fests are organised in the college since i have joined the college like: - annual sports event in January 2023 - college fest in april 2023, - Adani mundra port visit in may 2023 - international conference in march 2024 -annual sport event 2024 - festivals celebration like ganpati pooja, saraswati pooja and navratri. There are different clubs which are handled by students, including: Debate and quiz club Arts and cultural club Sports club Music club Environment club

Girls hostel is 3 floor building Single room for 2 persons Provides 2 tables and 2 chairs Curtains Regular cleaning and maintenance Common mess in ground floor Shared washrooms and each floor. Admission process for hostel: You have to fill a form and need to make some payments and submit it to hostel warden. Fee includes Hostel fee (10000 per sem) Mess fee advance Miscellaneous fee There are some PGs and rooms available for students who want to stay outside the college campus in affordable price range.

I choose this college because of its reputation, excellent placement and my location preference. Selection was completely on the merit basis. There was no tests or gd for it. There are 75 intakes in the bachelors degree and is completely done based on the percentage or marks of previous education.

Faculties are very friendly and approachable. Though there are some teachers who are strict and kind of rude but not in a bad way. Exams are not that difficult to pass. Students can prepare from previous year question papers available on the official website of the university, this really helps a lot of students.

Libraries are available. Hostel timing is till 6:30 pm for outside the campus. 7:00 pm for outside hostel campus Till 10:00 pm outside the hostel. As the college is in industrial its not safe to stay outside the campus too late.
