Course Curriculum Overview
- The curriculum offered diverse specializations in areas such as Software Development and Networking. The inclusion of industry relevant projects, internships and workshops heavily influeced my decision. Many programs highlighed emerging technologies. - Courses like Advanced programming, Database Management Systems and Network Security prepared students for roles in Software Engineering and IT Consulting. The curriculum encouraged research through assignments and case studies.
Internships Opportunities
- The internships were available in all major technologies like Dot Net, Java, Graphic designing, Backend programming, Networking, CISCO, CCNA etc. - I developed a project for enrolling and taking online tests for various technologies like C, C++, C#, ASP.Net, Java, Javascript, HTML etc. The project was developed using ASP.Net and VB.Net technologies.
Fees and Financial Aid
- Fees was 100000 per year - Tution fees 27000, caution fees 5000, registration fees 15000, admission fees 40000, development and lab fess 13000. - All the batchmates payed the same amount of fees regardless of the category.
Campus Life
- Annual sports were being held in the college with sports like football and cricket with teams participating from different streams. - The college library was filled with books of all curriculums from all the streams and courses. - The classrooms were provided with white bords and projectors for conducting presentations. - Sports and extracurricular activities included annual sports meet held in the college campus. - No, there were no social groups run by the students in the college.
Admission
- I did not applied to any other college. I appeared in only entrance exam and got admission in this college. - No, I did not applied to any other college. - The admission process of my college is to take the entrance exam initially. After clearing the exam the candidates are called for counselling via call leters to take admission in the college.
Faculty
- faculty to student ratio was 1 is to 30. There was one faculty member for every batch of 30 students. - Some of the faculty members I liked were Ms. Shaswati Tripathi, Gaurav Dubey. Best faculty member was Ms. Shaswati Tripathy. - There were half yearly semester exams from the university and apart from this there were regulr unit or class tests. The unversity exams were difficult. Out of 30 5 to 10 students could not clear theexams with carry over paper facility. The course curriculum is quite relevant to the field of stufy.
Night Life
- The college cafetaria was huge with breakfast, lunch and dinner facilities for the students. - The campus timing was from 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening. I did not stayed in the hostel hence cannot provide the hostel timings. - The college was nearby Noida's market and a bit far from Noida's famous Atta market. The market places were safe to travel and roam around at night.
