Likes

Campus is green and so friendly you'll have guards all around.
There's a hospital next to the college and have good doctors.
The area is well connected to the city and you can roam around wherever you want.

Dislikes

Food courts get closed too early it should be opened for a bit more
Hostel food is not that much good as you'll expect
There will be a little bit of language barrier

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of my college is good as they've added value based education subjects as well, and apart from the course they'll teach you about life and how to tackle problems in life, and you'll get enough time to complete your syllabus.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

We pay 1lakh 75thousand per semester and per year it will be 3 lakhs and 50 thousand, the hostel fee is around 28k for non AC and 50k for AC and the charge for hostel mess is 25k. Now the fee has risen to 1 lakh 95 thousand for upcoming batches, but the fee for the 4yr course will be constant as it is in the start.

Campus Life

Campus life is quite happening and you'll see something new everyday, there's so many events, and the annual fest which is known as KIIT fest helds in the month of February where joy meets passion, the different clubs and societies perform in the fest

Hostel Facilities

There will be bed, cupboard, light fan and almost every basic necessities you want in day to day life, there will be power backup, you'll get electricity and water 24×7 in hostels, the food there is okayish but sometimes they give the best sometime the worst it depends on them, there will be a one time fee which is for registration in the hostel which is 15k.

Hostel Fee: INR 56000 per year

Admission

The campus size is so huge and you get a far more exposure than any other college, the college is well connected with colleges in abroad as well, you get to meet a lot of new people, and will have opportunity to learn new traditions and culture, for taking admission in KIIT you've to give a exam known as KIITEE and there's no charge for filling the admission form.

Faculty

Marking is credit based and you've to score 40 out of 100 to get passed in the exams, the faculty is so good they'll help you out throughout your course and you can share anything to them, there will be your mentor who'll actually take care of you and you're gonna enjoy every bit of them.

Night Life

Tbh there's no night life around the city shuts down at or around 10pm there are some clubs which remains opened but you'll get nothing called night life in that city, the hostel in timing will depend on your seniority, still you've to get in before 10pm no matter in which hostel you reside in.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is relevant enough to teach you all the basics you would require in engineering though some of the courses can be changed and in place of those new courses can be addded for example for non physics student teaching them quantum mechanincs and that too the old quantum mechanics doesent seem to make sense . KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
