- College also provide opportunities to get indulge in extra curricular activities such as college fest and many more . College focuses over the skills and qualities of the students and tends to acknowledge them accordingly.
- JNU is NAAC A+ accreditated university providing the levish premises life and facilities whole managing and fulfilling the basic student requirement and they also provide weekly sports and cultural activities zone so that students can learn more.
Dislikes
- College coldly focuses over there hospital and medical colleges as the main usp of JNU is there mbbs and law and the premises is also not so clean because of low management guidelines and regulations
- Less practical accessibility and more theory based curriculum as MBA students must acknowledge from theory as well as practical knowledge but is not managed . college needs to provide proper and equal opportunity to every department.
- This college use to collect lot of money after you got admission as they will charge for each and every service they are providing, for example student need to charge for there id cards, EBR id,sports activities and lots of other expenses
Course Curriculum Overview
The first and the foremost reason I have choosen this college as this college have there own 800 beded hospital which I expected will provide a better practical knowledge for our future aspects of jobs and the college is also NAAC A+ accredited and this remarks the high status of the institution. Curriculum provide me the best range of courses by which I used to get my practical as well as my theory knowledge, curriculum provide daily basis case studies which promotes experience and keen interest for the students betterment. I would suggest some changes as being a student I feel few things and teaching methods are need to get updated like proper smart sessions should be there , teaching of AI and it's tools should be promoted. Exams are being very well scheduled as college management maintains the leaves for tough exams and they design the time table according to the students perspective. In mid terms we usually don't get any Gap in between exams but I final sem we used to get atleast 1 exam leave for preparation for every subject.
Internships Opportunities
They college provide the vast company line up that hire students according to there skills and qualities. College approaches companies like mahindra, tcs, fortis, max life, asian , ZS, Deloitte and many more . College provide the gate to over 100 plus companies for students internships and placements.
Placement Experience
From the very second semester end students are granted and send for there summer internship where they might got selected in ppo. Companies like CIPLA,fortis ,max Asian etc 26 lakh is the highest package received by an student. The average percentage of students getting placed is decent as only one ore two students might got left in placement that too because of there weak curriculum other wise I would say the placement is 100%. After the degree I would love to work for a corporate hospital as i am a physiotherapist and will become a health manager.
Fees and Financial Aid
The JNU college considerably offering there MBA program with the niche amount which is a whole of 398000.But they also offered scholarship on the basis of previous 10th and 12th and graduation grades, so I got 45000 EBC scholarship but students other me not necessarily got the scholarship. For this going year I have paid 145000 and for the upcoming year I will be paying 160000. The fee structure is like registration fee- 10000, caution fee-2500, lab fee-1500. College also offers various merit based scholarship such as for sports achievement or national level certificates
Campus Life
In every year college organises a annual college fest which is named as TECHNORAZ this fest is open for other colleges also and this cinsist lots of activities where every students or group can participate and get cash prize for winner side . activities like Dance, rampwalk, sports, art and craft , design, coding etc. The college have 2 big libraries which provides the wide range of required journals and research which is helpful to students. College has its own mega sports complex which have proper basketball court, badminton court and sitting facility. Their are fourteen social and cultural clubs where students can participate and organise the activities on the Saturday of week.
Admission
I have applied in MBA course in colleges like parul university, chandigarh university and also for DAVV indore. But I have some issues regarding there curriculum and fees structure in the other hand I have all the consideration from the JNU college with proper curriculum and decent fee structure. No I haven't rejected by any of the college I with my own decision chosen jnu over every college. The JNU have a basic admission process as they will consider a student with good CMAT grades and also considere students with working experience and decent previous grades and percentage. They will take interview, group discussion and select the students as per the Mark's during the process. Students need to have minimum 60% in there previous academic experiences.
Faculty
Faculties are highly educated as they provide quality education with comparative study and case discussion.faculty to students ratio of this college is arround 1:20 and this is quite manageable for them as they follow mentor mentee strategy where 20 students will come under the mentorship of 1 faculty. Faculties to student relationship are highly interactive as every sort of discussion is allowed under the limit of umbrella. I can't say whom I don't because everyone is so good but if I need to decide then I will answer whom I like the most and she is none other then our mentor Dr Preety mam as is fabulous personality in the field of hospital and healthcare management and provide keen experience to there students. In MBA HHM we have 9 subjects namely - management accounting, marketing management, IT in management, HMES , health economics,OBD, sustainable development, biostatistics, and hospital visit. The toughest of all is accounting as I'm not from the commerce background.
Interview Experience
No I have been selected over my merits and experience in medical industry. For admission firstly students need to register there name with prior marksheets then college Will provide the date for admission and you need to submit the fees .then college Will also ask for your real documents such as results, migration certificate, character certificate.
Night Life
College have a very big gym and provide accessibility to over 8 cafeteria around the premises. It have 2 libraries for students. Hostel timing for boys is till 7 pm And for girls also it is 7 pm . In college one might feel good at enjoying food over food courts and outside the college we have aravli hills where a small trek named mini kedarnath is also there.
