Practical learning is very good in college. However, there are no research initiatives taken by the college institute.
The college does not provide internships for the students, but they may be available for computer science students.
College is very good; approximately 30-40 companies come to the college every year to hire students.

We did a project on the salon, and they just sat in their office. We did research but had no outcome.

Admission:

I chose Lachoo Memorial College for MSc Mathematics over other colleges like JNVU, MGSU, and UNIRAJ due to its structured curriculum, smoother admission process, and accessibility. Being in Jodhpur, it offers convenience and a disciplined academic environment. Unlike government universities, which often have higher cutoffs and slower admission processes, Lachoo provides a more streamlined experience. I applied to JNVU but couldn’t secure admission due to high merit-based cutoffs and limited seats. Central universities like BHU and DU were also competitive, requiring strong entrance exam scores, which I couldn’t achieve. Reservation policies further reduced available seats for general category students. Lachoo College’s admission process is merit-based, requiring a BSc in Mathematics with at least 50% marks. The preferred admission criteria are graduation marks, with cutoffs typically ranging above 55%-60% for general category students. Reserved categories receive some relaxation. Admission is done via an online or offline application, document submission, and fee payment. Lachoo stood out for its quicker administrative process, structured academics, and accessibility compared to state universities. Though I considered other colleges, Lachoo was a practical and reliable choice for continuing my education without unnecessary delays.

They provide all the things which is used in labs.

College infrastructure is very bad and disgusting.
Our college library is too small and have limited books.

Admission:

I applied in jai narayan vyas university in jodhpur and i selected in that college based on 12th board percentage. But further i moved in lachoo memorial college because there is semester system whereas in jai narayan vyas university has annual exam system, which i felt that semester system is easy to pass. And the other reason is lachoo memorial college is autonomous.

The infrastructure of college should get better, because it looks like old school campus of 90's

Dislikes

I don't like seating area of my college, very less branches to seat
I don't like about my college is events that is happening silently without invitation of all students or that excitement

Admission:

To be honest i choose this college option because of some reason, Because very less college provides computer science in bsc degree Bsc is degree of science and computer science is technical field So many students are going in b.tech fir computer science subject By i have to do bsc so i found this college for my nees for subject And near to my native place I didn't get any rejection from other colleges I applied for other colleges and saw the college but I didn't like it The admission process of my college is to feel form online and pay of online fees of the form or registration fees or go to college and feel the offline form and get admission my college didn't have and friends exam eligibility is more than 50%

Well i liked the labs at the most. Everything is there in the college.
Classrooms were like a school only. And there was uniform too.
Library is big you would get many of the variety.

Dislikes

Student union politics. Not a well environment in elections.
No sports were there available at the time of study.

Admission:

This is the oldest college of science and technology of my city. Many of us got rejections. Cut offs goes to 80. I never applied somewhere else for. Admission experience is just as usual as other colleges.

I didn't applied for any other colleges. this college was my first priority. This is no entrance exam to take admission here. First we have to fill online form for the admission after the form is accepted we have go to the college for document verification,then our admission is confirmed.

The canteen area with such healthy surroundings in it.
The Laboratories with all equipments and it can have 30 students at a time in it and we have 10 labs for CS.

Admission:

I haven't applied for any other colleges i just went their and taken admission in this college. I can't compare with other colleges as I haven't researched about other colleges but our colleges have great courses and marking schemes.

I applied at DU and got confirmed admission but due to my family issues I was not able to go there and then I opt for this college. There is no entrance exam for this college Eligibility is that you should have completed your 10+2 with 55%
