Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum is industry relevant covering core and emerging fields like AI and cybersecurity , preparing students for real world applications . However it needs updated topics and more electives .exams are held twice a semister , moderately though.teaching can include interactive practical methods

Internships Opportunities

3

My college offers internship at smaller ,well known companies like Zoho, freshworks and roles include software developer, web developer, data analyst with stripped ranging from 5000 to 15000.interns work on projects like website development, app development and data analysis and website optimization.

Placement Experience

2

Placement at my college are limited , with only about 30 percent of students getting placed, mostly by smaller companies offering minimum package of 2.5 LPA.campus placement eligibility starts from the 8 semester .I plan to upskill in data analytics and seek off campus opportunities and placements

Fees and Financial Aid

First-year fee (NT): ?17,000; later years: ?12,000/year. Total: ?53,000. Includes tuition, lab, caution, etc. Scholarships: Merit cum need-based, covering 70%-80% fees. No fee hikes.SC and ST candidates get full waiver

Campus Life

3

My college campus life has been enriching with vibrant social aspects and opportunities for involvement annual festivals like techfest and cultural fest provide a great platform for students to showcase talents the library is well stocked with books , journals and e- sources making it accessible for research . students run groups and clubs foster a sense of community and personal growth , however the infrastructure needs improvement , with some facilities like washrooms and librotaries required maintenance

Admission

I chose my college over others like XYZ Engineering for its affordable fees(12000 year after scholarship) and industry focused curriculum in AO and cybersecurity .while the placement record is'nt very strong ,the college offers supportive learning environment .I was rejected by a top tier college due to missing the CET cutoff.the admission process was smooth accepting the JEE/CET with average cutoff

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio was 1:20 ensuring personalized attention ,most faculties are approachable , offering good guidence though a few lack engaging teaching methods .Exams are moderately though , with an 85-90 percent pass rate.the course is industry relevant but includes some outdated topicsneeding updates

Night Life

3

The nightlife around my college is relatively quiet with most activities winding down by evening .the gym , cafeteria and library close by 9 PM.the campus is safe but there aren't many late night hangouts.popular spot include the college cafeteria for late night snacks and nearby cafes hostel curfew is around 10 PM,but students often unwind by chatting and studying in common areas .the locality is safe for evening strolls

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.
