My new beginning at IITH

Course curriculum is superb. Alot of thoughts are kept by professors to mske the curriculum. All subjects are research and industry oriented. Students gain lot of knowledge. All the exams they conduct are surely difficult. Eventually, students grt used to thst toughness and makes reallofe problems simpler

Tuition fee per sem is 6000, hostel fees is 15k per sem, mess fees is 23k per sem. I get a stipend of 12,400 per month. Since for Mtech students through GATE, mhrd gives the scholorship. Total fees for 2st sem was 70k(security deposit, joining fee are one time paid). Security deposit is refundable.

Campues life is so cool, no ragging at all. Many social clubs are there. Dance clubs are good. All are very intriguing since they sre internationally tiedup with other iits and other universities, like university of tokyo

In hostel, we are provided a study table, a godrej cupboard, a chair, bulb, tubelight and a fan. Mess menu is very vast. It satisfies all the indians, roti and rice will be there all the days. Every month, we have a special dinner.

This is close to my hometown. For Btech, JEE Advanced is must. For Mtech, one need to crack GATE exam with a very good score. I got in iit kanpur also. But it was MS research. Yhe one which i got in iith is Mtech

Attendece policy is there. Apart from that everything is good. Weekly quizes, midsems helps alot to gain concepts. Student to faculty ratio is good, compared to other 3 tier colleges.No student makes noise in class. If someone is not interested in listening to class, they do their own work through their laptop or ipad.

SNCC is topnotch here in iith. All the sports present are given top coaches and top equipments. There are teo running tracks, one is indoor and other is outdoor, teo gums, seimming pool, basketball, badminton, snookers, tabletennis, martial arts club, what not.
